Inexcusable lack of professionalism. The pharmacy has not had my medication for more than one month. It was suggested I call around searching for it. The onus to have a prescription filled is on the patient? I called the so called Specialist whom had me on the phone for over a hour to no avail, suggested a VA pharmacy. I am not a Vet nor have access to said pharmacy. Uninformed. Also, there is nothing in this location to buy. I have asked for a refill of toilet paper for months to no avail. There has to be a better way than this dreadful place. I remember when drug stores were a pleasure to shop in, now nightmare.

CVS at this and two other Dupont Circle locations are my go-to venues for medicine refills, convenience products, and holiday supplies. These locations have a diverse array of products that are competitively priced. CVS also provides coupon offers and discounts!

If I could give a 0 star rating, I definitely would have chosen that rating instead. I always go to this CVS because it’s very convenient and close, plus it’s a 24/7 store. Went in @6:20 am on 10/11/2023, looking to buy some beverages for myself. As I was searching, I was also looking at my CVS app for any deals. As I walked to another section where that had other beverages, a manager named Ali asked if I need help. I said “no I am okay.” He then proceeded to tell me that I can’t be roaming the store, making me feel uncomfortable and like I wasn’t wanted in the store. I then canceled my plans to purchase anything from the store and left. Will not be shopping here ever again.

DO NOT GO HERE! The store and pharmacy in particular is poorly run. I had a covid booster scheduled for 11:15am. Checked in at 11:10am using the text message provided and also walked up to the counter to confirm. There was a young guy (John?) there who confirmed I was all checked in and told me to wait around the pharmacy. I'm a patient person and waited until 11:45am. When I went back up to the counter, the pharmacist walking by said I wasn't checked in and that they ran out of the vaccine. I asked them why they didn't tell me anything and why I had to waste half an hour. John shrugged. No real apology or explanation. I asked to talk to the manager but they were "away", but I ended up talking to the assistant manager (Semina?) who was a little more sympathetic to my frustration. I'm not mad that they ran out, I'm mad that they wasted my time and effort and that there were failures both in the check-in system and the employee communication/customer care. Too bad this terrible CVS corporation is part of our defacto healthcare system in the US and it's just as terrible as the rest of it.

This is an excellent CVS (6 Dupont Circle) I’ve never had any problems with my prescriptions or getting shots for COVID.One day I had my hands filled and a manager came forward and offered me a shopping basket. I have never received that kind of great customer service before anywhere.Unfortunately, I didn’t get the man’s name, so I am not able to credit him for being an above average employee. He was average height, brown hair, white and wore a dress shirt with a tie. Probably in his 30s. I’m guessing he was a manager. If that description sounds familiar to anyone, I’d appreciate knowing his name, so I can give him proper credit. Too often the really good employees don’t receive proper recognition.

Short African man accused me of stealing with no proof and then took a picture of me without my consent. Some story he made up about me asking him for Safe Way. Will not be back and will be changing to a Local Pharmacy

Slooooooow as molasses. Even a previous CVS one zip code over had my insurance and this one is clueless.
