picking up is supposed to be time efficient and easy. The staff named Catherine just made it extremely hard and she is extremely condescending. She repetitively asked me dumb questions for 10mins just because she didn’t even bother to dig through the bags to find my name.

I left a vm for someone to call me about having one of my prescriptions transferred while out of town and no one called me but they transferred ALL of my medications. Not until I was back home and no longer in Washington DC. TERRIBLE customer service. This was the 2000 Pennsylvania Ave location.

I Like to shop at CVS because we safe few dollars more than others store; especially, make up. That's why, used to buy daily used items and drug store make ups over there. They allow us to use their extra buck and other coupons combined together. Keep this way is better to get more royal customers.

I was in line and went to the self checkout. The employee said that I was in the wrong line. There was no signage indicating different lines. If there was any signage, it wasn't clear that there were supposed to be two distinct lines. I was frustrated at this incompetence, so I set down my items and left. I hope that another pharmacy replaces some of the CVS locations in DC because I never have a pleasant experience in their stores, as opposed to Walgreens.

Filled the wrong quantity on one prescription, gave me incorrect advice on how to obtain a different prescription, lied to the other pharmacy to which I tried to transfer my prescriptions.

While the woman pharmacist is very nice (have an extra star) the other guy must have been a border patrol agent in a past life. This guy is not only your pharmacist, he’s your unasked for unlicensed physician and life coach! Do your damn job, fill the script(from an actual physician) and stop asking irrelevant and invasive questions! The LCME called and your medical degree from the University of Mind Your Own Business doesn’t count!
On a lighter note, here’s a pic of some ducks that were walking around outside the CVS. Yes, ducks. Tame ducks.

Customer Service is poor, limited products on shelf, and the employee on duty attempted to refuse to provide me with a purchase receipt when the self-service register malfunctioned when printing out my purchase receipt. THIS NOT THE FIRST NOR SECOND TIME THAT A CVS STORE IN WASHINGTON DC HAS REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME WITH MY PURCHASE RECEIPT.

A person named Komla was very rude to me at a self checkout station. I go to this location all the time. All the employees used to be nice. Not recently. Recently many of them r lazy and giving attitude. Stop talking to customers in a condescending manner like your parents did to you!!! I’m not a child, if I ask for help-I need help, and not lecturing me why I did this and why I did that. Just help.

Kind employees, poorly managed. They stock shelves at 8am making it difficult to stop in before work, and often will remove products that are frequently bought, especially if they aren't able to keep up with demand.
