Kind employees, poorly managed. They stock shelves at 8am making it difficult to stop in before work, and often will remove products that are frequently bought, especially if they aren't able to keep up with demand.

Came in to the pharmacy last week and asked for a walk-in flu shot. Was told it was possible but better to come back on Friday when they are more staffed. Came back Friday and was told it wasn’t possible until later in the day and I should come back again. How much free time does this pharmacy think people have? If you are going to offer walk-in appointments, then please actually do it or at least be clear the first time about when it’s available. I won’t be using this pharmacy again- I was able to get a walk-in at Walgreens a few minutes later with no issue.

Ive experience the worse experience ever tonight in this ccvsmr albert or whatever his name is need to be fired he's very rude and bother ppl for no reason at all this os my second time being harassed by this guy and im spending my hard working money everyday in this cvs

I somehow always end up here when they're playing Taylor Swift. This location is much bigger than the CVS around five minutes away and has a second story. The employees are polite and the exterior and interior are both pretty clean. This trip I was looking for something really specific and ended up going to two different employees for help as the first one sort of just gave me a guess of where the item would be (it turned out they didn't carry the item). Even still, would definitely choose this spot over the other CVS if you're looking for more variety. The interior is a lot brighter and oddly enough the receipts for this one are a little longer.

Walked up to a sales associate and asked a question. She started a massive coughing fit right in my face. She clearly was making a scene so management would send her home for being 'sick'. Disgusting and unacceptable.

Went there to grab a few things. Doors are locked, lights are off, no sign about hours. If it isn't 24 hours any longer, please put up a sign. It is incredibly frustrating to walk in the cold and have it be closed

Just left this CVS with my friend who tried to purchase an item. She payed through Apple Pay and although the purchase was completed on her device they insisted it didn't go through and forced to pay again. The second transaction also went through on her device but not on their cashier. They insisted she did it wrong (mind you, she pays regularly using Apple Pay and has never had this issue before) and refused to give her the item nor even help in attempting to provide a refund.I don't know if perhaps they thought we were attempting to rob them because we're noticeably Hispanic. I don't know if they used the same reasoning to assume we were stupid and couldn't use Apple Pay. Regardless, their customer service and their management of the technology at hand was more than unsatisfactory.If your workers are unable to work with the basic technology at hand, don't have them working.

Horrible. The minute we walked in my wife and I were followed around the ENTIRE STORE by this security guard loud mouth black woman, who was on the phone the entire time. And also followed around by 2 slate eyes or middle eastern workers or owners, whichever-regardless. Being from out of town and I'm sure "they" heard our Alabama drawls when we were talking to each other as we entered .But just because we sounded different doesn't mean we weren't staying in a hotel room that cost as much as their rent or mortgage @ $650/Night, stayed from Monday- Friday Morning- Do the math. SO JUDGE NOT, YEST YE BE JUDGED FIRST"

My 12-year-old daughter and I stopped in to grab a few travel items and water... we were followed around the store like a hawk the entire time. The security guard and 2 employees actually waited at the entrance/exit for us to leave... they were ready to pounce only to realize, after the guard followed us out the door, that no alarm bells were going off and we didn't steal anything. I get that shoplifting has gone up significantly, but that situation was absolutely ridiculous. I'm from out of town and will not come back here.

There was some mixup with the scheduling or the pharmacist was late — I never received a real answer. But the pharmacy says it opens at 9, and it’s 10 and nobody is here. Pharmacy work is too important to just have nobody behind the counter. And the pharmacy phone has been ringing off the hook since I got here.

Honestly run. I worked as a cvs employee for three years, and I still shop with cvs because I like the deals and coupons. I was having an issue with the self-checkout as the coupons i had on my account worked, the the items that were on a bogo sale were not applying the bogo and instead was showing as full price. I had already put in my account information, and everything should have been working, so I requested help on the self-checkout machine. Since no one came to help me after 15 minutes I went to the cashier. She said no coupons were showing up, but that was because no associate voided the transaction on the self checkout, where they were "applied" but the transaction did not go through. After I try reasonably explaining to the cashier, Caroline, she voids the self checkout transaction and the coupons show up. Yet the bogo still isn't working. After arguing with me and saying all discounts were applied she hits "exact cash" on the register so the transaction goes through without me paying and with my coupons applied. She goes through the whole refund process so her cash drawer is accurate, and then not only are we back to square one but my coupons were used up in the transaction she had go through, when she should have just voided it. When the supervisor came Caroline actively began complaining out me to him. That's what drew the line, as the entire time I had been kind trying to explain the problem, and not only did she not help, she made the problem worse, and then complained about me. I had to come the next day to get my $15 worth of extrabucks returned to me by the store manager. Pick any other location, this one is the worst by far.

Customer service was horrible. The guy behind the counter at the pharmacy was extremely rude when I came there very ill trying to find medication to relieve my symptoms. I was extremely disappointed. He expressed no desire to help me, and basically ended our conversation by just turning his back and walking away. Im not sure if I deserved such a treatment. I would have spoken to the manager if I wasn’t so ill.I will never go there again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Much disappointed.
