I don’t visit this CVS often, but when I do, I’m always happy I dropped in. For being in the city, it’s a surprisingly large location, and they pretty much have everything you could need. There’s a full-service pharmacy and even a MinuteClinic inside, which is really convenient. They even have a private consultation room in case you don’t want to be discussing health matters in public. Like most CVS stores, they have tons of great deals on products, making it easy to find what you need at a good price. The staff here is also really helpful and friendly, which makes the experience even better. Definitely a solid spot if you’re in the area!

A nice selection of cosmetics, the big drawback is that there is no tester, so you don't have to try anything. The selection is good, but the stock is quite poor.

Worst coustomer service ever! As a healcare profesional I am appauled at the effort it take to speak to a live person to submit an Rx for a patient. Voice mail full and placed on hold 5 times and hug up on 8 times. CVS is a criminal sydicate.

I have used this CVS for 4 years because of how close it is and while the store is always clean and the front of house staff, minuteclinic, and pharmacy staff are always pleasant in person, I have consistently had terrible experiences trying to get anyone at the pharmacy on the phone. On multiple occasions I have spent 4+ hours on hold only for the phone line to just disconnect on me, or for someone to finally pick up and then immediately hang up. Most recently I called 4 times in a row because 2 times I was put on hold for 40+ minutes, the 3rd time they picked up the phone and then would not speak to me (I could literally hear them talking to customers and ringing up things). After saying some variation of 'hello can you hear me? can I please get some help' someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up with 0 acknowledgement of me actively speaking. The last time I called I was on hold for a few minutes and then redirected to the voicemail box which was full so I literally couldn't do anything. A friend who was with me tried to call to make sure it wasn't a 'my phone' issue and had the exact same problems. Normally I am very forgiving of wait times on phones for pharmacies as I used to work at a CVS in high school and know how understaffed and busy they can get, but this is ridiculous. My medications are thankfully for more minor problems, but what if I was a type 1 diabetic calling about problems with my insulin? or a seizure patient running low on my medications???? People could be seriously hurt by this behavior.

worst cvs worker i met in my life time so fat. this morning, tried to pick up my online order. the guy in the front not even checking my order number. Then just asked me go to pharmacy windor. i stood there for half hour. then pharmacist told me pick up in the front. i m very confused that if the guy in the front,his job is only greeting? “ hello” “ thank you” “have a good day”. ?? AI robot can do better job than him. Have a good day. CVS

Pharmacist Mary and her associates are the nicest, most caring and professional team I have ever met. I often have problems due to insurance changes, a major relocation and different doctors. Mary is always patient and thorough. I am permanently disabled but my problems are not visible until I become agitated. I am grateful to have such a compassionate person and her associates to rely upon.

This is peak DC misery! They can barely sell you a canned soda, let alone supply you with medication. Don't, just don't. They are literally non-functioning.
