The particular CVS in Washington DC was over priced and under stocked. There were many empty shelves and coolers.

This location is worst customer service . The lady at the cash register is so rude and bad attitude. They don’t care the customers . The manager is impolite too.

This the second time they did not deliver my meds on time after promising me they would do so last Friday. I am out of my diabetes medicine tonight. They were told this both the pharmacist and the manager. They lied. I will never trust them again.

Does not provide masks says they don't care whether you have been vacinated or not. Showed the cashiers my vaccine card and they chased me around the store saying you not wearing a mask is bothering our customers when there was no customers. I confirmed with another cashier there was no mask policy currently. Disguested.

If I could, i would give mines zero "- 0"review to this pharmacy on E street. The pharmacist at this pharmacy is very incompetent with zero knowledge. I have NO idea how did he get his pharmaceutical degree if any. Perhaps he was on job training. He does NOT follow patients previously prescriptions information on computer screen before fills it.I usually get a brand prescription medicine every month under the head of pharmacist, Dr. Selashi. When he is not there, well, it's a sad news because the other pharmacists are sad news having problems filling out prescriptions correctly.Which it happened to me yesterday, in which i had spent 3 hours arguing the incompetent pharmacist that the prescription he filled was wrong and didn't want to accept it unless he follows what i usually get. Which he was consistently refusing to do so. I finally had to call my insurance company and store manager to make him acknowledge his mistake for NOT following the previously filled prescriptions on computer and fix the issues that he caused.DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT waste your time going to this CVS pharmacy on E street NW.Otherwise you'll take your own risks facing some of incompetent pharmacies's errors with your prescriptions which would be challenging with much difficulties to correct it.

I don't normally like doing reviews specially when they are bad, but this man right here has such a horrible attitude towards customers and I don't think CVS would appreciate employees that don't respect their customers.
