Worst CVS ever. I was calling from doctor's office regarding a patient's prescription and was placed on hold for over 30 mins and no one every picked up. This was also after calling 6 times and being pushed thru to voicemail. Had to have my assistant contact the general store and speak with a manager for the pharmacy to finally pick up. Worst customer service ever! DO NOT use them if you take life or death medications as you are taking a risk!

I can no longer call the pharmacy and talk to someone. The chat bot is useless. CVS, this business practice is horrible.

Honor appointment times and staff properly. I wasted my 30 minute lunch break waiting for vaccines I never received. The person in front of me had an appointment for the next day and they took him first. I am beyond up set. Now I have to reschedule my appointment because your staff doesn’t know how to manage their time and priorities.

Worst CVS I’ve been to, and that says a lot. Wanted to buy a toothbrush. Waited 8 minutes for the staff to unlock the case. Also arrived at 6:35pm and the pharmacy wouldn’t fill the prescription because they closed at 7pm. Hard to blame the staff. They clearly hate their jobs. I blame CVS corporate. Do yourself a favor and go to Walgreens.

Avoid this location, they will close at 7 pm and just watch you try to get in. Went on 9/11/2024. The 3 ladies working it should lose their jobs asap Laziest staff I’ve ever seen. Incredibly rude. Gotta love DC

Never had any issues here. Some items are locked up due to theft, I understand this. Pharmacy rep was very kind and asked thoughtful questions to ensure I have a good experience. I appreciate this location
