I easily spend $250-$300 every two weeks here. The old middle eastern man only follows around black and Hispanic people. I was in a store full of white and Asian people and he actually stood in front of me as I was walking to the aisle to look at the items in my hand. He made it very obvious. I’ve been here many times and I know some employees by name, some employees even say hello to my wife and children and ask about them in a friendly manner. But this guy consistently disrespects me. The discrimination is lawsuit worthy. CVS is losing enough business to theft, but to lose business due to disrespect and discrimination is them putting a nail in the coffin of their presence in DC. I have started documenting every interaction with him. If it happens a few more times, there will be recourse.

People who work here chat and have fun instead of helping customers

Teeny tiny but gets the job done when you need a bottle of water, an aspirin, or a quick snack while on the go.

Ah, CVS Pharmacy, the one-stop-shop for all your random vacation needs and impulsive purchases.Need a toothbrush? Check. Need some candy to satisfy your sweet tooth? Double check. Need a greeting card for your great aunt's cousin's nephew's dog's birthday? They got you covered. But let's talk about their water selection, shall we? I mean, who knew water could come in so many different sizes and shapes? You got your fancy bottled water, your plain old tap water, your sparkling water, your flavored water, your vitamin-infused water, and probably even water that has been blessed by a unicorn. And don't even get me started on their contact eye drops. I mean, who needs to see clearly when you can just put a few drops of magic potion in your eyes and voila! Instant clarity.Overall, CVS Pharmacy is like a mini amusement park for the indecisive and impulsive shopper. Just be careful not to get lost in the maze of aisles and end up buying a lifetime supply of toothpaste.TL;DR. It was super convenient when we were staying down the street for the weekend. 10/10

Staff members are always happy to assist. Thank you to the chap who helped me find a moisturizing body wash! It's a smaller CVS store, so selection is as I expected. I see comments about prices being high. I'm willing to bet that has something to do with the high rate of theft at this store. On the day I visited, an entire shelf was bare, because two useless humans had just come in and stolen various HBA items.

This CVS is a rip off store! Not only are the prices higher than in any other CVS, but the way they list the prices is unethical because the prices are listed with orange stickers for a "unit" as opposed to the entire item. Then the shelf-checkout does not print a receipt, so when you figure out that the prices are not as listed you want to rerun an item, but all you can get is a gift card because you did not get a receipt.

They come up with rules that 2 employees who refused to give me their name won't sell me items for sale in cvs... I asked why, they said we can't sell you more than 2... Then more than 4 then we can't sell you more than 5... I said where is the rule that restricts that...They don't know, and there is no such thing. They just want to hold them for the cousins I guess

I just want to acknowledge Ashley!I work in hospitality and always pay attention to customer service. And Ashley is above and beyond! I went there cuz my phone died and I was hoping this cvs has a photo corner.Ashley was kind to charge my phone and called other cvs to find out if their machine is working!I’ve spend 2 hours that day running around DC from one cvs to another and it seems like all machines went down all over the town. ??♀️While I was waiting for my phone to get charged I watched Ashley handling the customers with so much care and dedication I didn’t see in any CVS ever!Thank you Ashley for being so amazing, so caring and so helpful! You turned my horrible day into a good day with your kindness.

Small, city-sized CVS. Stopped in late on a Saturday and the staffer was really cool and helpful.

The fact that I'm taking the time to leave a review for a CVS tells you.. this place is garbage. No pharmacy, no ice, no matches or lighters... How are they missing basic things!? It's amazing. I live a block away and it makes me mad every time I give them a second chance. Oh and the staff doesn't make up for it. So... there ya go.

I love CVS stores in general. You can find everything you need from the medicine to the chocolate under one roof.

Decent if you would want to get typical things since it is a small CVS and they don't stock on everything, and you won't find everything you looking for. There is no pharmacy here either.

Smaller than average CVS with no pharmacy. OK for minor 'emergency' needs like OTC allergy medication, milk, contact lens solution, band-aids. Location is convenient and many people in the area seem to stop by for minor grocery needs...but prices are higher than Trader Joes, or Safeway, or another proper grocery store.
