The pharmacy is ridiculous I hate it the wait is crazy

The shelves are consistently empty so they’ve begun locking everything - which I support. The employees at the register and up front are actually really nice people… they’re just tired of these teens coming in and trying to steal (literally every day - and the teens are SO rude to the workers). Now the pharmacy — yikes. That’s all I’m going to say.

The staff is doing their absolute best so to be clear, this is not a critique of them but rather the management that Literally Has Never Adequately Staffed This Pharmacy In the Year+ I Have Been Regularly Getting My 5+ Prescriptions Filled Here! It's a really popular branch because of its location but the pharmacy is never adequately staffed and there is ALWAYS A 20+ minute line!!! It's a freaking nightmare and if the management doesn't get it together I will be forced to switch pharmacies because it's getting ridiculous.

The people who work here are actually extremely nice (store & pharmacy) and helpful when you ask questions. Unlike a lot of people at other stores, I appreciate that they’re always willing to check in the back to see if they have something in stock when I don’t see it on the shelf. A lot of places would just tell you that what’s on the floor is all they have.
There was one guy some months ago who ignored me completely as if he wasn’t there to work but thankfully I haven’t seen him since. He seemed to be ignoring his manager as well that day.
But why is the store always empty??? I’ve never seen anything like this and it’s almost like the norm here. It definitely takes away from the concept of CVS being the convenient option when you’re in need.
Their hours are also not as convenient as the typical CVS and don’t match what’s online.

Yikes. This is by far and away the worst CVS I’ve ever had the misfortune of stepping foot in. Shelves are consistently empty, ALL staff is unfriendly at best, and there doesn’t seem to be any desire to make it better. You would think the countless 1 star reviews would prompt someone to do something. I will be moving my preferred pharmacy elsewhere and will be recommending anyone else in the area do the same.

My doctor's office called in 4 prescriptions post major tooth extraction to the CVS on road Island Ave at Washington circle. One and half hour later went to pick up the prescriptions and they were not ready yet, was told to return after lunch after 2:30 pm. Went back and was given 3 prescriptions only when I asked for the 4th Rx which was an antibiotic I was told it was only 3 . When I requested the hard copy's of my Rx. They refused returning them even though the prescriptions were called in already. Eventually they had to check in the system to find the called in rx's and 40 more minutes I was finally able to leave the horrific place never to return back. If you have other choices please save your sanity and go to other pharmacies. This location service is Not acceptable at all

Worst CVS experience I've ever had. The store clerk first had to unlock the fridge to get my drink but wouldn't give me and my friend our drinks to use self checkout like he did the Asian man before us. It was so uncomfortable smh and even the manager Will admitted he had to be profiling us but offered no solution to the issue
