Pharmacy (It would be easier if I didn’t have to press the button to get assistance to buy mouthwash)
No one gets worried
Everyone knows how patient I can be (they have tested it before)
they say you can get help by pressing the button
so long as you’re willing to wait
I crumple my receipt—
the dollar bill the vending machine won’t take
the birds eating crumbs of birds on the sidewalk
if there was a shortcut I would have found it by now.

Pharmacy doesn't know what they are doing. I went there to get my medicine after a urgent care visit. The guy says I need to have my doctor call it even though i had it in hand. He was also really rude the whole time even as his incompetence made the line double in size. The other two members were very kind and hardworking i hate to write this but i cant recommend this pharmacy

I was too early for the pharmacy to open but the nice manager-lady kindly made me welcome to wait as it was frigid out.

The staff were professional, competent, and at moments altogether charming. These people were outstanding.

We took 6 cameras to this CVS to get developed. They had photos from our wedding. You are supposed to put in one camera per bag to send them to be developed. The instructions on the bag clearly state that. But as we began to fill the bags individually, an employee told me to put 3 cameras each in 2 bags, and that it will be okay because he "does it all the time." The instructions clearly said NOT to do that, but we trusted the employee.
Fast forward THREE WEEKS LATER (aren't photos supposed to be done within like... a week at the latest??) we got the photos back... from only two of the six cameras. Did CVS just throw away 4 of our cameras because they were improperly bagged, per the instructions of CVS' own employee?
In addition, the accompanying CD could not be read. Not that we have any use for CDs of photos anymore, but it was just icing on the cake.

The pharmacy has the worst customer service ever, maybe they need a reminder that the people calling and visiting are sick and they NEED their medication. Many CVS’s around, do yourself a favor and don’t come here, I would give 0 stars if I could.

Every time I go, more and more of the store is locked up, and there are never many staff. 2 stars instead of 1 just because I've never had a problem picking up my prescription (although the pharmacist has also never talked to me about the medication).

After 3 hours ordering over $59 of items the store cancel the order for no reason. I loose my digital coupons as well as 3 hours, this has happened over 3 times this year not counting another times last year.Online orders get cancelled because they do not want to do it then you loose your digital coupons you have to order online because they do not apply it at checkout, know how to or understand when you request to apply these at checkout with a store ckerk. They do not speK ENGLISH,SPANISH OR FRENCH ,I THINK AFTER THESE LANGUAGES ONE LOOSES IT PATIENCE AND JUST GIVES UP!.Another issues is the safety,I was attacked bye mop of kids throwing glass bottles,Cashiers stood frozen by the counter as they had to security.Another issue you can not shop in person is people trying to rob you in the store or asking for money or trying to hassle you for something. This is before the creepy drunk and junkies guys standing outside asking for money or harassment which is illegal in DC specifically against females.I suggest the close this location and relocated it closer to the West side of the st.Nit that any other cvs is a lot better in DC but this one is pretty bad.

A good 80% of the store is is locked up. If you need only 1 item fine whatever but if you need 2 or 3 makes for a horrible user experience. Probably sucks for the staff also to have to run around unlocking stuff for everyone.
