Trash ass pharmacy. I sent a prescription over there to pick up and thats when they told me they were closed. They sent it to the target pharmacy who told me i would have to wait another fuckin hour and a half to get my shit. They're both shitty. I see why I stopped shopping at CVS and Target.

I would avoid them because they are incompetent and not customer oriented.I needed medicine before the weekend. They informed me it was ready on Friday. When I went to pick it up, I waited for 40 minutes to be told that it would actually be on Saturday. When I came on Saturday, it was going to be there on Monday. Then my girlfriend found the medicine across town. So I had to go back a third time to cancel the prescription.Another example, I wanted to return Covid tests. The clerk misunderstood return for buy. So he charged me a second time. When he understood he told me that they could not return COVID purchases. After an hour of back and forth, they could not even return the double charge and told me to call a number at corporate.

This location is a DUMP. Upon entering. You're NOT greeted. There's an armed security guard and two employees usually at the front area. But upon entering. They just look at you when entering. This is done to inspect the "height markers" on the door. The first thing you'll notice is the lack of inventory. The store is around 85% EMPTY. Literally the only stocked inventory is mainly sunscreen and greeting cards mainly. The refrigerators are ALL EMPTY as well as other sections. The ventilation is not bad but definitely could be better for such a huge environment. Not really a good amount of fresh air circulating though the store. After asking why the store is in the current condition. They employees replied mainly due to theft sadly. But hesitated.. The employees are friendly. But definitely not professional. When I was in the store for the first time months ago. They did have a few drinks left in the refrigerators. But now they're all empty. Upon checking out. A simple can of Red Bull. The employee rushed over to the self-checkout area and his approximate words were " YOU WANT TO BUY THIS. I replied yes. Then he said " SIR. ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO BUY THIS" in a louder tone. After hearing this I thought to myself. Something weird is going on here and the red flags went up. While at the self-checkout. A couple of people ran out with backpacks loaded with stuff. One even came back and took a case of water which was sitting right next to the armed guard and ran back out. ,Truly amazingggg. Lol... Upon leaving the store. You sometimes here a loud voice over the outside security system saying " This store is being monitored " which almost makes the store feel like it's a Military Camp or something. Definitely not a retail store feeling. There's numerous panhandlers sitting DIRECTLY outside the store asking for change and cigarettes which gets ridiculous after awhile if you come here often. It's almost equivalent to passing through an optional "tollbooth" entering and leaving. The overall store is nowhere near maintained in terms of cleanliness. **SEE PICS**. Very high amounts of clearly evident wear & tear on the carpets as well as dirty shelving plus trash on the floors as well as vandalized shelves too. The noise level is normal for a retail store. Usually quiet though due to the lack of customers since there's almost nothing to purchase besides sunscreen despite being winter time as well as greeting cards and some other stuff. The pharmacy is OPEN but can't comment since I don't use CVS as my pharmacy anymore. The pharmacy employees do however make you feel weird shopping since their eyes are usually following you the entire time though the store. But when someone comes in and shoplifts they're still watching the ACTUAL CUSTOMER not the shoplifter which is VERY WEIRD. If you put the "self-checkout experience" + "Pharmacy employees surveilling actual customers instead of shoplifters" not to mention if you visit the store a few times. YOU'LL NOTICE THE EXACT SAME PEOPLE ACROSS THE STREET WATCHING THE STORE almost as if it's a job to them. One time while leaving the store I actually seen someone park their car and get out and "post" directly across the street at the metro surveilling the store as if it's their day job. SOMETHING VERY WEIRD IS GOING ON HERE...... This store has all the red flags for what's known in the "intelligence community" to be "A FRONT". Despite this being a MAJOR RETAIL STORE. Something else is going on here. IT'S SO VERY CLEARLY EVIDENT PLAIN AS DAY if you put all the factors together..... Not to mention if you take the metro to the store. You'll begin to notice the SAME EXACT PEOPLE in the SAME EXACT SPOTS almost as if they're predetermined posts equivalent to a military installation somewhat. Overall. This location is a DUMP. Barely anywhere to park besides street parking. The heavy amount of panhandling coming &am

Surprised this place has as many 1 star reviews as it does. I came here 10-15 times while living up the street and was happy with my foodstuffs and orders for medicines. No complaints here.

It’s 8:38 am and why isn’t this cvs open? According to the lone staff member it’s because the manager is late! Why is the manager late? Why does he need to be here for people waiting outside to get their prescriptions? Who knows? Everyone blames crime for why this cvs is so bad but I don’t think that’s the only problem.

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this CVS Pharmacy at all costs. It is virtually impossible to get a hold of someone in the pharmacy by phone, forcing customers to physically travel to the store just to simply ask a mere question about their prescription. They simply ignore phone calls for upwards of an hour before you give up and come into the store. It should not be this challenging just to ask your pharmacist a simple question. Avoid this CVS.

*** EDIT***I mean, at this point, just shut this store down already. No one is getting any good use out of it and literally every single shelf is bare aside from the shelves that are locked-up. I saw a couple kids stuffing chips into their bag in the back of the store in full view of everyone without a care. Absolutely ridiculous.*****Gotta be the worst CVS in the area. This store always has bare shelves because of theft, but owners and security don't seem to care. The fridges always look disgusting, and milk bought here has been spoiled at least a few times despite being well before the expiration date. The pharmacy is slow and unresponsive. Guarantee this place will close eventually.

I go in the store today. September 29, 2023. Literally nothing on any shelf in that entire store. The only thing is the pharmacy. And when I make a comment to the staff about how it's pathetic and then how do you feel about collecting a paycheck when you're not doing your job. They just looked at me dumbfounded. This is all of our community. This is all of our children that we should be trying to get on the better right side of life. It takes a village. And the fact that you don't give two shits about your self, Cvs, your job, or your own community or your own children speaks volumes. So when the CVS shuts down, and you complain about not having a job, it's on you. Take ownership and your job take ownership in your own life. You're the cause of the problem. You don't want to prosecute these children. And then you wonder why nobody gets respect. Care about your community. You're part of it. And honestly that's just a reflection of yourself so you're a piece of shit

Not stocked very well and the freezers are frozen over way too much. Idk how the pharmacy is but I'm sure this location will shut down soon and the cvs pharmacy in target will be the main one for this area

Please, for your own sanity, NEVER have a prescription filled at this location. It took 20 minutes for them to find my already-filled Rx and other patrons we're waiting for multiple hours for theirs to be found and/or filled. This was my 4th time trying to get a prescription here, and I'm done giving them the benefit of the doubt. Each experience has been terrible. This store location needs some serious organization and managerial help.

Called 3 days in a row to check why my prescription isn't ready (is it on order, problem with my insurance? who knows!) and waited on hold over 20 minutes each day before having to hang up and do other things. This CVS pharmacy is the worst and always understaffed. Staff your stores CVS!

I don't know if this location gets robbed constantly or if it's just going out of business but shelves are empty!

Bad store. It gets shoplifted all the time, apparently, so everything is locked down. Hardly anyone working there or able to help. Pharmacy is very slow, with people behind the counter who aren't like pharmacists in other stores. Overall it feels rough, like from a developing-world country. Not a safe neighborhood, with shootings in the plaza across the street and in housing down the block. Go elsewhere for prescriptions in particular if you can.

I walked in to grab a prescription and I see dozens of people stealing in the open. I couldn’t tell if these kids knew each other but they were so nonchalant about it.One girl walked in, stuffed her bag with candy and walked out.Another group came in, stuffed as many sodas in their pockets as they could and walked out. Not ran. Walked out.The security guard that was lazily walking around the store didn’t seem like he gave a single care. The employees look like zombies. The pharmacy section is the worst one I’ve ever been in.I give it a few more months before this place is closed. No way they’re making money.

The place stock was very low. It looks as if they're going out of business. It was teenagers playing in the store and throwing food at eachother and hollering in the store. The attendant needs more experience in using OTC cards.
