Really appreciate and recommend the Glover Park CVS (2226 Wisconsin Ave NW) - friendly and helpful staff, well stocked, and convenient location.

The pharmacy at this location is TERRIBLE. I would give 0 star if I could. First I was charged the full price . Then they said my insurance is not right.
The pharmacist was very disrespectul She yelled at me, and threatened if I do not pay full price, she takes back the medicine. She was disrespectul and aggressive. The girls working at the counter were nice . Huge stress and waste of time there.

I don't live in Washington DC. However, I do travel to the city for work. Anytime I stop in at the CVS on Wisconsin Avenue the gentleman that is part of your staff is always ready to assist customers. I love that! He is always so polite and professional and works with a smile. If I knew his name I would say that he needs a big shout out. Sir, keep doing what you're doing ..... it's working. CVS you should be proud to have this guy as part of your staff. GREAT customer service skills.

Was confused about my coupons and whether they were applied correctly, but the manager helped me understand that it had been done properly! . . . . Always find the staff very helpful!

I made the mistake of leaving positive reviews for this place before receiving the bill for services (not) rendered. Essentially billing me $500+ for two vaccinations wasn't enough, they decided to slap on an extra $70 for "preventative medicine individual counseling". When I called to clarify that no counseling was requested or provided they explained (after keeping me on the line for 37 minutes) that when they don't add that, the insurance company complains... Well, at least they're funny if inadvertently so...
In any case, when I mentioned that I've had several vaccinations and the charge was never added (nor did my insurer complain) they said that different providers have different charging practices. Which I completely agree with: some are honest, others less so. Avoid!!!

Frankie really did all she could to make every customer feel important and while she was manning her own station, she communicated with customers at other stations to make sure they had all they needed. She made me feel I'm the most important person while she was assisting me with passport pictures. CVS is very blessed with an employee like her.

The amount of times I’ve left in tears because of the pharmacists’ incompetence and rudeness. They can never figure out how to fill basic prescriptions or get confused with medication coupons even after I’ve gotten medications filled with them for five years. There is one nice pharmacist who is apologetic and tries to be helpful, but the head pharmacist is always so unhelpful and indifferent. He always shrugs and basically says that I’m on my own. My doctors are all fed up with this location too and hate calling in medications here. Honestly why are they even in this profession?

I went to pick up a prescription a few days ago. The pharmacist on duty was very helpful and kind to the customers in front of me. The store is well stocked. *I see many negative reviews for this CVS. Note that DC has a lot of crime, including retail theft. This location (like many) is forced to deal with shoplifting and vagrants on a daily basis. It is not easy to operate a pharmacy (or any retail business or restaurant) in an unsafe environment.

The pharmacy staff is remarkably professional, patient, and kind. The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable and generous with his time. I have nothing but good to report on this CVS store. It exemplifies an excellent neighborhood pharmacy.

Courteous staff. Good pharmacy usually a short wait in person. No CVS in the entire city answers the phone and/or comes back shortly after you're put on hold. Seems to be a thing with all of them. So annoying. This one is a little better with the amount of phone waiting time but still not perfect. Prices are a bit more, I guess because of the neighbrohood..
