I had forgotten a Rx at home while on vacation in DC.
Called this CVS and had a replacement within an hour. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

My experience in the pharmacy and store was great. And the pharmacist and checkout clerks were very helpful.

Overall, it was a good experience. The Whiffer refill product was not in, and the store did-not have the Large size Coke products or the Sunday Washington Post Newspaper.

I had mixed feelings! First, it was a hot day and I was walking. I stopped in for medicine and a bottle of water. The cooler shelves were almost empty. If you wanted a drink you had to take what was left on the shelves. I wish I had taken a photo. The positive side was the associates were very pleasant and helpful. If not for their kindness, this would be a 1 star rating.

Perhaps your typical CVS, though don’t let the haters who leave bad experience reviews fool you. Retail pharmacy is literally one of the worst things about the American healthcare system. And the pharmacy staff here is amazing. Erika worked her magic to ensure I had my pain meds before my surgery, and she was slammmmed while also training a newer staff person. Literally was managing two registers at once. Will be back!

Went into get some OTC medication and they would not provide, despite having two forms of government identification. The Pharmacist simply lied to my face.

Had an appointment for a vaccination for my kid. For once we actually managed to arrive early for something and our reward was criticism for arriving early... Then the man that received us made us wait out of spite. He had nothing else to do. Such destructive petty behavior that has no place in civilized society.
