Worst CVS customer service ever, special mention to the 2 pharmacist who were super rude and disrespectful human i’ve ever met!!!! When you asked a question and need clarification they wont help you and even raise their voice at you! Worst CVS ever!!!!

To fabricate about the number of meditations available for pickup because you made an error and the store is closing is utterly unacceptable.
To be that lazy in the health care industry is completely disgusting especially in an area with highly infectious diseases.
Today the pharmacy technician lied due to the time of arrival about my medication mind you I showed the manager proof that the medication is READY keep it mind CVS sends text.
You don’t play with peoples medication, working in healthcare you need to understand that everyday you won’t leave at exactly 8 o’clock and leaving a person that is depending on the pharmacy to fill their prescriptions promptly and correctly this is completely disheartening.In a area where the amount of diseased is a significant amount and this is one of a few pharmaceutical companies this is completely wrong your staff needs to be retrained immediately.100% sure if my medication was filled at a different location different area I would of walked away with my medication.
Use to work at a PHARMACY cvs at this and i guarantee if I displayed this type of behavior I would of been terminated.

This pharmacy made me cry. The pharmacists are incredibly rude, condescending, and slow. Sometimes people are dealing with sensative issues when going to a pharmacy and having the pharmacist be mean to you in those moments can be awful. Where is the customer service? Insurance is complicated and it doesn't hurt to be nice or understanding. The worst day out of my three months is having to go to this godforsaken establishment.

I think this place has gone beyond just bad customer service and is just plain negligent. Echoing everything that people have said - no answer to phone calls, not filling scripts etc. I've also been given OTHER PEOPLE'S PRESCRIPTIONS. And scariest of all, they have given me medication for my infant THAT WAS NOT MIXED. Had I not googled the medication, I would not have realized that this was a massive mishandling and would have just tried to mix it myself. I think it's really time for a proper investigation into this pharmacy.

I was greeted at the door when I came in I went to get my medication and it was found and everything worked out everybody was friendly.

The selection gets smaller and smaller with every visit until today they had only 1 of the 5 items I was there for. What they do have in stock is often under lock and key and they only have one employee on the floor to unlock it for you. Then there is only one person on registers so the wait is long. I went home and ordered from Amazon instead.
