I rarely, if ever, leave bad reviews. The pharmacist who is working today, Sunday, December 29 at 1:20 PM literally pushed the button to lower the barrier mid-conversation because her lunch starts at 1:30 (and then laughed w/a coworker about it). I was asking a question about an over-the-counter option to a Rx that I was dropping off and she literally closed the window on me mid sentence. I fill between 4-6 Rxs from this location every month for the last 18 months, and I will be transferring all of my Rxs to another Pharmacy. I was flabbergasted at her lack of professionalism or care for a customer dealing with a health issue. Absolutely shocking.

Our neighborhood's Chernobyl CVS - So called because their shelves are ALWAYS empty or barely half stocked with many items being unavailable. I go there pretty regularly because CVS carries brands I like and there are very few to no other nearby options. But with almost every visit they're completely out of what i need, or there's only one item left. It's very frustrating and feels like a third world country. Other shoppers have commented the same. I gave 3 stars only because the staff at this CVS is very nice, and they aim to please. I feel sorry that they have so little to work with.

Despite the shortages of items, I was fortunate to purchase the last two pocket sized listerine mouth sprays. I was reminded by a pleasant cashier person about my membership discount. I paid the remaining balance & departed conveniently

I have been to this CVS several times and the shelves are so empty. It's always hit or miss if you're going to find what you need there. The Giant grocery store next door has more selection and more medicine in stock.

This location has barren shelves and the pharmacy is horrible. Specifically, some of the staff is outright rude, and the pharmacist herself has a very disgusting attitude, is very unprofessional, belligerent, and appears to overtly treat and speak to African-American customers very badly and with proactive hostility that is reflective of some obvious prejudice against them.

The store clerk was extremley helpful because there was some difficulty appying coupons. She was friendly. efficient, and a great asset to the CVS team

The rudest pharmacy staff member I have ever come across!! Perhaps this pharmacy needs to be assessed for understaffing and consequently putting patients safety in danger. This pharmacy representative was working on the counter at 6:50-7:00pm on 02/09/24. After I started to walk away she preceded to complain about me because it was the 2nd time in years of going to the pharmacy that I came late to the pharmacy aka 5-10 minutes before closing. Managed to find plenty of time to talk with her co-workers after I walked away while another client was still being served. When I asked her to stop talking about me and called her rude she said “I don’t care” and continued to complain with her co-workers. My script was ready all I was trying to do was give her the savings card for my RX but because they were closing in 5 minutes she was abrupt, extremely rude and hostile making me unnecessarily anxious by doing all of her closing duties while not focusing on actually helping so we could both happily move on with our night. As I mentioned this is the 2nd time she has caused me to feel lesser than and it needed to be put in a review. She is clearly overworked and I question whether management have enough staff to safely address the needs of the patients/clients at this pharmacy. I wouldn’t have had an issue but the fact she was so rude while talking behind my back as well, not to mention revealing personal details while a client was still being served, is unethical and unprofessional!! I am aware you don’t care but all i’m trying to do is save $45 on an rx.Ironically the reason this script was delayed was in large part because she rushed and then put the wrong insurance in the system causing a 2 week delay on this rx that caused a back and forth between CVS and my provider. Again, based on her behavior I question if this representative and others are getting appropriate breaks and is there adequate staffing to safely fulfill their duties?! It certainly doesn’t seem that way. I would like a response from management.

The pharmacy is fine but this store is surrounded by beggars and grifters yelling out for money. I don’t like to go there because of that
