Quite literally the rudest people working in the pharmacy. I’ve been hung up on twice while trying to figure out why my medication that I paid for same day delivery wasn’t getting delivered four days in a row. And when I do get through to someone the two different men I spoke to gave me horrible attitude. Mind you - I have an illness that if I don’t take my meds, can quickly deteriorate into giving me heart problems, facial paralysis and other lasting issues. This is a new prescription so it’s not like a “well you should have planned better and tried to get your pills on time” situation either. Not that that would have made it any better. I will say though - the ladies who helped me? Lovely. Thank you for helping me during a very scary and frustrating time. There was one person in the pharmacy who helped when I was able to go in person and he was amazing. I wish I knew his name so I could shout him out here. He was the one Asian guy working there, so if you go and are helped by him just know you’re in good hands.

Everything is locked Down. I had to call customer service for a toothbrush several times. When the person arrived, they were on their cell phone, cursing Up a storm badmouthing the supervisor and other staff members . The employee were very annoyed that they had to get a toothbrush unlocked for me and didn’t even address me.
The store smells like urine, especially in the back near the beauty products. The store needs a major overhaul of staff and fixtures.
I understand not wanting to be at work because we all go through that but Customers should not be disrespected and ignored.

More than half the time, there will be a homeless person in the store asking you to buy something for them. This is with an armed security guard at the front... Looking at their phone... Not doing their job...
The pharmacist was nice and helpful though!

The CVS says it opens at 7 am. I am here and it is 7:56am, and it is not open. It is Saturday, 4/12/25.
Lights are off, doors are locked. Definitely would not recommend this CVS.
Edit: came back at 8:26am and still was not open. No sign on the door or anything to explain.

I work close by and visit here often for little items like Lotion, Deodorant, Clorox wipes, ect.. Today I was treated like a criminal in that the security guard would come over to see what I was doing and hovered around, not the first time this has happened at this location, maybe its my business casual attire as I am usually there after work or during lunch breaks? Moreover, everything is locked which is a bit ridiculous.

Walked in on a busy Sunday and Joy was immediately attentive, kind and helpful. There definitely were a handful of patrons in there trying to give customers and employees a hard time but Joy made sure not to take any of that out on me. Ive never left a review for a CVS but I just had to this time around.

Terrible CVS don’t even waste your time. Always a line with one person at the register because apparently the managers just sit in the back and leave the cashier to the wolves. If you need anything in a case, forget it. EVERYTHING is locked up and it takes FOREVER to get someone to unlock it no matter how many times you press the help button. Shut this place down already.

Pharmacy staff are very rude. My husband asked basic questions about our prescriptions and they were curt and had attitude which is unnecessary. Do better for those who are sick.
