Worst pharmacy! The customer service is trash and the pharmacists are incompetent here. It's no way they passed their certifications without cheating. I called around 5pm and they said my medicine would be ready in about a hour. So I went to pickup after 7pm and of course the medicine is not ready. Now they told me they are closing at 8pm. Then, these idiots told me to go to another CVS and they can pull it from system but I called 2 other CVS and they can't pull it since the fools here started processing my script. I am done getting scripts filled here. It's always a headache and all the employees are ghetto. Not one cent of professionalism at this location. Even one of the CVS locations I spoke with said this location is terrible and should have been closed a long time ago.

The worst. Never pick up their phone and also it could take weeks for them to order and receive some very very prescription. Also, they don’t even track the prescriptions that are being called in for emergencies. It’s a mess. Very convenient for regular refills but not for emergencies- anything that you need the same day.

The pharmacy is always busy, the techs seem overworked, and the customer service at this pharmacy is abysmal. Called to find out an ETA for an Rx that already was filed and paid by my insurance. I got the insurance claim notification before any status update from CVS. Whoever I spoke to was obviously having a bad day because I got hung up on when they asked me to hold and then they talked to me like answering my question was beneath them. Get your scripts filled anyplace else but here. seriously.

It's the corporate's fault. You have one person staffing the pharmacy window. No wonder you can't get enough pharmacy staff.Treat your workers better.

Don’t bother calling the pharmacy, they don’t answer the phones. They’re also out of stock of many medications, but they set the status to “in progress” so the rx can’t be transferred to another pharmacy.I waited almost three weeks for them to fill one RX (a common scalp ointment). It took them 5 days to fill another one (extra strength ibuprofen). I had to wait two weeks for a controlled RX; the tech explained that the store did not have a pharmacy member on staff at that time that could fill a controlled RX.Customer service is also non-existent in the store. Stock outside of the pharmacy is also limited. It’s eerily reminiscent of when they closed the CVS on 7th and Florida Ave NW.I’d just avoid. The Walgreens just to the south on RI Ave has always been friendly, fast, and helpful. I’ve moved all of my RX. and other business there despite CVS being two blocks from my home.

Pharmacy NEVER answers the phone, who manages this store? I've called several times this week I'm just left waiting on hold for thirty minutes before I finally give up.

I cannot even begin to express how awful the pharmacy is. I had a medical emergency so I called at 8 in the morning asking about my medication, and a VERY rude women said "The systems aren't up. call back in 10 minutes." 10 minutes later, I am calling them, and after 20 minutes, they still haven't picked up yet.THESE PEOPLE DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH.

It's always something when I go to this pharmacy. I understand that being a pharmacist is a difficult profession but I believe their lack of care is continuing to make their jobs worse as well at the health of the community they serve.

The staff and the security people there are nice, but the pharmacy is just terrible. Awful. They steal your time for nothing. I requested filling one prescription four days before and waited for 30 minutes in a line just to be told it's not filled yet so come back in 30 minutes. It was impossible for me to do that with my two toddlers already waited for 30 minutes and getting fussy and sassy, and my newborn I left home with my husband was also getting sad, my husband texted. Similar things have happened before at this place too. Beyond frustrating. Disrespectful. They don't care about anything but them.

This place is awful. The incompetence at this pharmacy has gone beyond being inconvenient for customers and has become a real barrier for patients needing care.I’ve had some prescription changes over the past few months and every time I’ve needed something at this pharmacy it’s been handled incorrectly, costing me and the pharmacists a lot of time and wasted energy.

This is the worst pharmacy in the world. I get an Rx submitted by my doctor that some how won't get filled unless I go up there to talk to the consultation desk, then have to go again to get the Rx. This happens every single month for as long as I can remember and no one ever has an answer for why or does anything to fix it, If they would literally ever answer the phone this wouldn't be necessary. I'll even get texts saying it's ready, only to have to go through this racket. There are also just crates of medicine lining the pharmacy. I sympathize with the workers, but it's just the most dysfunctional place I know of.
