Every damn time I call them I’m on hold for 15 mins at least - sometimes no one picks up at all. Unreal. CVS corporate is to fault for this nonsense, so PLEASE give your pharmacies more staffing!!!

I’m a CarePass Member and I simply love all the savings I can obtain. This particular location is always clean, items are properly priced, and most of the employees are quite friendly. If you are near it’s worth a visit

I really want to like this place. But the last straw was the covid test I ordered from here. The test was positive, and the day after taking it I was basically bedridden. But unfortunately, the employees were too incompetent to enter the positive test into their system. I had to spend hours on the phone trying to get proof of the positive test while my head throbbed and my voice grew so hoarse it sounded like I was a lung cancer victim. Please do better, CVS!

Waited for an entire hour in the store for someone to fill up me and my sons prescription. Got home just to realize they never mixed my sons prescriptions and it’s powder when it’s supposed to be mix with solution WHICH SAYS IT IN BOLD WORDS ON THE BOTTLE! Been on hold waiting for 25 mins for someone to answer!

If your hours are until 10pm, that is when you should close your doors. Watching you close a full 20 minutes early, then refuse to open the door as multiple patrons stand out front is the epitome of poor customer service.

This is the worst excuse of a pharmacy. They have no customer service they don’t answer the phones and the previous comments are correct, they push you to other pharmacies.CVS should close this location or change all staff because it’s a sickening experience every time I try and get medicine

Go somewhere else to get vaccinated. Unless you don't mind hanging around for an hour after your appointment, being the ONLY person in line waiting. What a waste of time.

My experience here was nothing short of exceptional, thanks entirely to the competent and excellent service provided by Andrew Kim. He promptly called me to inform me of my test results and accurately recorded them in my medical records. When I later reached out to him from home to request the results of a previous test, he willingly and efficiently sent me all the necessary details. Encountering individuals who genuinely prioritize the well-being of others is truly remarkable.

I know retail staffing is an issue since COVID and I realize how this impacts efficiency. What I don't understand is why every time my doctor faxes a prescription, this place (store 1364) claims to never receives it. My doctor's office even let me watch them send the fax this time and two days later, prescription is still not received. I can understand this happening once or even twice but not 4/5 times in a year. Additionally, they have missed a few auto refills. Staff are really, really great and I have never had a negative encounter. They have always been helpful and professional and I know they are working really hard and under so much pressure, but for goodness sakes I wish they would get a new fax machine or at the very lease load it with paper or save the prescriptions to a file. There must be a better way. I've checked ratings for other CVS pharmacies in the area but it seems none of the other stores are really worth trying.

The absolute worst CVS ever. Always a line for pharmacy- usually 5 people behind counter but only one person helps guests. Terrible customer service. Never helpful and not well stocked.

I'm shocked at the inability of the location to track and fill my prescriptions. Every time I have a new prescription come in, it never shows in the app or via text, and when I or my son goes in it's either not ready and they claim to not have it. I've had to have doctors send in multiple prescriptions for the same medication. Almost missed my colonoscopy because they claimed to not have my prep (it was sent in weeks earlier). Maybe it's a fallout of the pandemic (I've heard pharmacists were hit hard) or the ridiculous war on rights (lawsuits and threats by state governments) but I've had problems with Wal-Greens and Capsule. For what it's worth I've had a couple of medical professionals tell me I might want to try a different pharmacy than this particular CVS. But again - it doesn't seem like it's limited to this location or chain. All I know is it's kinda dangerous to be this lax with medications.
