If I can give this CVS 0 stars I would the pharmacy is extremely understaffed and a bunch of idiots works back there. I came here 5 different times for my pregnant girlfriend medication. First two times she went and first they said her insurance don’t cover it which wasn’t true because she called the doctor the office said they do because it went through hours later we go back now they say it’s processing. Okay fine next two times I went for her to try to get it first time they sent me to a cvs down the road because they didn’t have to monitor she needed but the other cvs couldn’t process it because it was filled at the other location they basically kept giving us the run around I went back 3 more times each time it was an excuse about why they can’t fill it. We just gave up and brought the monitor out of pocket. The pharmacy lines stay really long not one person got there medication the pharmacist had the nerve to tell another person “hopefully your medication will be ready tomorrow” even seen a father try to get his sick kid there medicine he even left empty handed. The pharmacist has no compassion and lack of training. We won’t come here again

Truly a terrible pharmacy. Prescription are never ready, even after several days. The only way they will fill your prescription is if you go to the window and ask them to fill it. It’s criminal how poor it’s run.

Be very careful about placing photo orders here, especially if needed in a timely manner! Came in to pick up a photo order only to be told that the printer was down. This is the second time this has happened. When I asked what they plan to do, they said I had to send it to another CVS myself via the CVS App so avoid the headaches and go elsewhere.

Whatever you do, don’t ever go to the CVS for ANYTHING pharmacy related. The pharmacists and staff are so incredibly incompetent it’s sick. I am not one to make reviews and I give fellow workers problems because this world makes things hard enough for most of us. However, the service and antics this staff pulls is so bad that I can’t believe they’re still in business. I have never had my medication sent here without an issue, and I’ve had my meds sent here for over a year. The last two times I tried to get my meds were the last straw and I want to share with anyone who cares to know so you can choose elsewhere. The time before last the pharmacist lost my medication and this was already after it was days late. The pharmacist said there wasn’t anything they could do and I’d have to wait until they got a new shipment of meds in…this is medication that is already late and that I need to literally survive. This past time, the pharmacist never called, never informed me of this issue that was not actually an issue. I called to see again why my medication was late. They actually answered the phone which was a miracle because they never do. Or they answer and hang up. Anyway, I get transferred to the pharmacist who tells me my doctors license is expired. I was like how is that even possible, and all he said was he didn’t know, it was expired. I asked why they didn’t reach out to the doctor or to me since I get the same medication monthly. No response. I immediately get in touch with my doctor who says he will call CVS and his license is not expired, all he does all day is send in med refills, he would know if it was expired. So, CVS of course doesn’t pick up the phone and my doctor doesn’t have the time to just wait an hour or more to inform them they’re wrong and ask how they would even get that information. So he had to hang up, sent it to another pharmacy and without one single issue, the medication was filled same day. No license expired, no issue, a normal pharmacy refill. Im so angry that I didn’t know what to do, this is people’s livelihoods that are being messed with in such horribly incompetent ways, it should be illegal. I’m currently talking to my lawyer about the legalities involved with what they claimed about my doctor. Complaining to CVS does nothing. This store needs to be held accountable, yesterday. Please don’t use this store until they do a complete overall of their staff.

A prescription sent by neurologist’s office not processed after a week. Neurologist office had to call again and confirm the prescription was received because after 3 calls and an hour on hold I could not speak to a human working in the pharmacy. Prescription still not ready hours after called in a second time by thee neurologist and the in person line and wait will be an hour or more. How does it get this bad?Do not fill your prescriptions here if you can possibly avoid it.

Went to pick up one prescription 2 hours after it said it would be ready and the person working the pharmacy inside had the worst attitude when I asked when it would be ready, getting mad at the situation of being backed up. I wasn’t even upset it wasn’t ready, I just wanted to know when I should come back. How this CVS is still operating like this after all of these negative reviews is beyond me. CVS needs to clean house and hold management accountable for the absolute terrible customer service. You supply medicine for sometimes frightening and intimidating sicknesses. You have GOT to have at least some semblance of decency and not get frustrated at common questions

The overwhelmingly negative reviews of this pharmacy are accurate. Rarely if ever do they have a prescription ready within 24 hours of it being sent to them. Even the refills can take longer than expected. If you don't call to remind them or tell them it's urgent, they won't fill it right away.I recently got a prescription for an asthma inhaler sent here because it needed to be renewed. I need this to breathe. I heard nothing back from the pharmacy for days. Finally, when I call them and ask what's going on, they tell me that my insurance doesn't cover it. I say that's impossible, I get it filled there at least once a month. After waiting on the phone for 15 minutes, they look into it and it turns out that my insurance covers the generic, not the brand name, which doesn't actually matter bc it's the exact same thing. At no point during the five days between my doctor calling in the prescription and me calling them to ask what's happening did they notify me of this issue, or reach back out to my PCP to tell him about the problem, or just go ahead and replace the brand name with the generic. If I hadn't called, nothing would've happened.Half of the time I come here, I see someone screaming at the staff - either right in front of me, or over the phone. I used to think those people were mentally ill, but now I'm on their side. It's always something with this place, I think I'm going to start getting my prescriptions filled at the Safeway across the street.

I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for the excellent service I received from the pharmacist, Uloma, who helped me with my prescription. She went above and beyond to show me how I could get a coupon discount and save money on my medication. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. She demonstrated a high level of professionalism and integrity. I was really pleased with my experience with Uloma, and I definitely suggest her to anybody in need of pharmaceutical services.

The new lady with the feather tattoo on her neck they have working the pharmacy desk is really terrible. She’s extra as hell. No one asked her to make comments about people’s dosage. No one asked her to be fake nice. No one asked her to come in the store cursing and threatening people because she didn’t do her job right the first time. Ayo needs to fire her immediately. She’s unqualified and annoying. You can do better.
