My prescription been put in from my doctor since yesterday. At 1.30pm i went today because I know if I went yesterday. They will say it's not ready. I went today around 6:08 PM. And they still do not have my medication ready. I am an excruciated, pee and writing. This feedback cvs, is terrible. At minnesota

The young lady at the pharmacy corneas very rude and unprofessional. Don’t know the reason for it because the store wasn’t crowded. She was loud and disrespectful. Even though I’ve been living in that neighborhood for more than 25 years- I will never go to this CVS on 322 40th St NE ever again!! Never!!

This has got to be the worse CVS in the DMV!!!!!!!!
Let’s start off with everything in the store is behind the glass!!!! like seriously everything….. I ordered a few items Through DoorDash, not thinking I should’ve chosen a different CVS….. My shopper had to retrieve all items from behind a glass not to mention one of the glasses was locked, and they didn’t have the key to unlock it!!!!! No Tide at all no Gain!!!! She had to refund the majority of my order….. I feel bad for DoorDash sending my shopper to this CVS because I never go to the CVS for anything and I live less than three minutes away from it!!!! Everything’s Behind lock and key, which means whomever is working, the register has to also tend to each and every last one of their guests in the aisles with only two registers open!!!! They need to close the store and just make it a pharmacy!!!!

Excellent customer service. I needed items that required a team member’s assistance and I received that assistance in under 1 minute. The store was clean and well managed. The cashier greeted us, and thanked us. I’m impressed. I would recommend this CVS Pharmacy Store to others.

They were awesome for me my doctor's office prescribed insulin for me and no needles and upon returning to the pharmacy on Saturday they were able to tied me over with a supply until I could get in touch with my doctor's office, and this gesture meant the world to me.
