The most competent, professional, efficient and pleasant CVS pharmacy I had in the last 17 years here in DC. The highest recommendation.

I had my prescriptions at the CVS at 4545 Wisconsin Avenue but it was often too frenetic, too much traffic, and some customer service issues. I moved my prescriptions literally across the street at the CVS Pharmacy in Target. It's been night and day with much faster service, easier to get vaccinations, and the customer service is uniformly outstanding.

The duo of pharmacists at this location make each visit pleasant. I would recommend using this pharmacy.

Rating: 2.50: Visited this CVS after 9:30 PM for an in-store pickup. Positives: Quick pickup of my online purchase. Free parking outside of store and easily accessible via Tenleytown Metro. Drawbacks: Poorly lit at night making it feel unsafe. Some products locked behind clear shelves. Store facade externally and inside of store needs better upkeep.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with! Miscounted prescription blamed us, always rude, never makes any sense when explained the issue. The list goes on and on DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

very unorganized! I made an appointment a week in advance, and when I arrived they said that I didn't have the vaccine, I don't know what they did all week, but they can't warn me and refuse in a couple of days so that I can make an appointment elsewhere. He says that he does not have a dose as if he is not to blame and does not work there and he did not think to warn ??♂️

I never write reviews but had to leave one today because so am so deeply disappointed in what occurred today. I took my sick child here to get medicine for a serious condition. On the way in, I noted the pharmacy hours sign and they said 9 to 6 pm. I thought we were good. At about 1:29, we were about to get in the line when a pharmacist said that they were taking the last customer before going on a half hour break. Worried about my child and wanting to give honest feedback, I approached the pharmacist calmly to try to explain that it wasn't clear at all to me that the pharmacy closes at 1:30 for lunch break and had I known I would have gotten in line sooner. I explained my child's condition and begged her to get her prescription, it was already ready. But I could barely get a word in before she started screaming at me that there were signs all over the store about the lunch break. There arent. And she said she didn't want to hear my concern because people complain about this all the way, so I said don't you think that means they don't know about the break? She walked out of the pharmacy area glaring at me and I will not coming back here.

A Tenlytown CVS pharmacy associate went out of his way to try and help me with an issue that I have monthly with my scripts.

I ordered prints on the CVS website and chose the Tenleytown Store in NW DC. To my surprise, the picture was cropped at the top and bottom! My kid's face and feet were pretty much cut off. When I went to the store, the greeter would not let me talk to the manager but she asked me why I wanted to see the manager. When I told her about the issue, she immediately became defensive and told me it was not CVS' problem because they had not done it! (never mind that it was CVS' website). But she gave me an 800 number to call. When I told her I did not know whose number that is, she told me it was me who had submitted it that way. All this with a huge attitude on her face and body. The exchange continued but frankly, I left because (1), I did not submit a cropped photo; and (2) her attitude was such that it simply told me NEVER to send pictures thru them again. Blaming the contractor is not helpful - not when one goes thru CVS.

I love the pharmacy here; super-helpful and efficient, especially Evelyn Kim. My only complaint is they really need more evening hours for those of us who work. Note that this review is specifically for the Target CVS at 4500 Wisconsin Ave as all the other CVS Pharmacies are AWFUL!

The white man who works there doesn't know how to treat customers. When help is needed, he is very rude. When you ask to cancel a purchase, he waves his arms like he's chasing away flies. he also calls his clients hey.

I had a handicap placard and there were no spots left. There was someone illegally parked in a handicap spot, but the store would not help me access that spot. I go to this store specifically because it has handicap parking. And yes, I'm temporarily disabled.

Major pharmacy issues. First of all you can never get anyone on the phone. They charged my credit card for a prescription I never ordered and never picked up. They are very rude and disorganized.

Terrible business. They were turning people away who clearly had prescriptions dropped off and telling them they "couldn't find" them. Idk where these prescriptions are going in your system but I guarantee that if it's a spelling issue they should ask each and every person to write their names down and give it to them because they can't spell, and if it's NOT a spelling issue, they are complacent indifferent assholes which is what I'm very largely suspecting. I can't believe the complete arrogant indifference as if people weren't going to get mad at them or they are the gate keepers to life or some s*** like that. I swear to god I'm pissed at these little fucks.
