John answered my email within minutes. From sending him my file to the actual shirts being delivered, it took less than 2 weeks. The shirts were gorgeous, so soft, and a better prince than other big print brands (with more colors used to print too!) If you are in the DMV, USE THEM!!

Mr. Esser was very patient and handled our bulk order perfectly! We ordered custom hoodies for our school and wore them for our official class picture. The quality of the hoodies was spectacular, and they were produced in a timely manner.
