To receive no response regarding rent payment shows the lack of concern from management. Honestly, this manager has never displayed a positive demeanor. For a decades, I avoided her because of her customer service. To request a limit increase every month to pay rent is unorganized, even after submitting a written request in person for a permanent change. It can be done. I emailed management Monday and have yet to receive a response. Wow. I had to shift money to make my rent payment. This is a new location.

The customer service is on point. The representatives are always very pleasant. I have banked with the credit union for 9 years now and have not had a problem until recently; outside of the antiquated mobile app and online accessibility that didn't allow you to transfer to outside banks. Now all of that has changed and i cant seem to get a call back from anyone in the loan department or management for that matter. I have called on multiple occasion and have gotten an endlessly ringing phone. I will say the plus is that the representatives that try their hardest to get my to a representative are always so nice when they tell me that someone will call me back and it never happens. Its like they made one major improvement and created another problem.

The area and promptness in person to handle banking is ok. As far as online, beware there are technical issues that can place you in a jam.
