Most horrible experience ever. They keep saying that they have made delivery attempts. It is clear that we are a business.. they always attempt to deliver after hours late at night. You can not call, as it is AI .. so you get nowhere. It says that you can use the web site to make changes... NOT. It will not let me change the address.. It will not let me schedule to pick up in person. I simply keep getting messages that my package is in limbo. This is super crazy to have a business with absolutely NO customer service. We will be sure to steer clear of this delivery company. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.

This review is for the delivery experience from DCA hub. I get a notification that my package would not be delivered yesterday because I wasn’t home. I have video footage of the driver not ringing my door bell despite being home the whole day. The dude literally stood outside and left. Weird is not the only word I’d use to describe it. The online page also said he left a note. He did not. I rescheduled delivery to today and have been waiting all day to receive the package. Lo and behold no one shows up. How can a delivery company run themselves this way? And don’t bother trying to contact CS. There’s no way to reach a non bot CS agent.

Poor Poor customer service...One my visit a customer had already been trying to use the only computer in their office the make a delivery label...I thought my turn might be easier...no it was not, the so called specialist couldn't be bothered to help either of us with the computer issue and later proceeded to help a third person who had to again ring a bell for service because the specialist stayed in the back office, away from helping anyone inside the store. Great thing he only had to wait 15mins to pickup. Even another specialist tried helping after coming back to the store..only to have the first specialist speak to him in an angry tone after he had been trying to help me. She said she needed to speak to him in the back...we never saw him again. I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS LOCATION THE PLEASURE OF MY BUSINESS...that you pay handsomely for...AGAIN.....NO THANK YOU DHL V ST. DC.

I mailed my passport to this branch, with the arrival time of 12:15pm July 15. The package was attempted to be delivered at 5:15, five hours late. The notification said nobody was in the office and it was closed. Not true. I called the recipient to ask if DHL ever showed up that day -- the recipient was in the office until 8pm. He said DHL never came that day and this is typicalof this branch, the guy never shows up then lies and says it was a failed attempt. I called and was told DHL would automatically deliver the next day, ie July 16th. The recipient just told me DHL never came that day either. How long is this going to go on for? This is an urgent delivery and I need my passport processed for an urgent work visa. Will DHL in Washington DC be delivering my package or not??? This is so unacceptable as I have paid for the service and I would like an urgent response to this matter. Will my package be delivered on July 17th, now the 3rd business day? There is a gate code, the deliverer must dial 6 to be let into the building.
