I love taking my car to these guys! Been going there for years, and I trust them to treat me well and give me a fair price. So much better than going to the dealer! I have an older SUV with 140k miles on it. I love it and want to drive until it’s done. I tell these guys, “hey do whatever we need to keep me safe and on the road, but nothing unnecessary.” And they get that.

Always a really good experience. Customer service from Luis (sp) and Ibid (sp) is always good. They ask all the right questions about a problem and they clearly explain the solution. Also, appreciate their respect for my time. Thanks!

Miguel went above and beyond with his customer service. He took the time to listen and ask questions regarding what was needed with my car. He provided options and allowed me to make the decision that best met my needs. He was timely, did research on his own to support my decision, and was able to provide turn around service time to have my vehicle good to go within 24 hours. This shop and Miguel’s team will be my new go to for any car needs. Highly recommend!

Really appreciate it all the hard work Metro Motors did to keep our 18 year-old car running in tiptop shape. When we have questions, they address them really quickly, and didn’t even charge when we came in for a follow-up minor issue. Metro Motors bought Distad’s a year or two ago, and we were worried that the quality of service might go down, but it has been as great as it ever was. Love the staff there!

Metro Motor is fantastic and has maintained the top quality this shop had before the company transition. The technicians shoot straight and will tell you if a service can wait or it’s it’s really important. They also explain why a service is needed and don’t do the whole “just trust us” thing. I’ll keep coming here and telling everyone who asks to do the same.

As always, my experience at Metro Motors was excellent. They accepted my car as soon as I brought it in at around 7.15am and had it back to me by 12.30. I knew there was a problem with the AC, which they diagnosed and corrected. The price was fair and the service friendly and informative. Been going to this place, formerly Distads, for nearly 15 years. Great local business.
