My company was in a pinch, trying to set up a $500 an hour crane at an apartment complex where cars were not supposed to be parked. The property owner was no help in respolving the issue. I called District Towing on a Fri morning during rush hour. They arrived in 45 minutes and cleared the needed crane area in less than 20 minutes. At a very affordable rate. Would definitely use them again!

I called for a jump start, promised eta of 30 minutes. They didn’t show up for 2 hours with excuses. At that time I had it jumped by another business. They tried to still charge me $100. Bunch of clowns! I didn’t pay. Declined their service.Service: Battery service

Illegally tows cars from assigned garaged apartment parking spots. Unethical and predatory towing. Did 20k+ damage to the car and will not accept liability or tell me the information of the owner or manager to speak to. Incredibly rude and unprofessional and forced me to leave their property. Better walk in with the police if you have to get your car and record everything. Nearly hit me on purpose with the tow truck, about a penny between us.

Not only did they tow my car illegally from my parking garage, but they also caused significant damage to my vehicle. The owner, Sam, should be ashamed of the way his company operates, and legal action should be taken against them. In my opinion, ABC Towing should be shut down to prevent others from enduring such a nightmare.First and foremost, the fact that ABC Towing illegally towed my car from a private parking garage is completely unacceptable. I had a valid parking permit displayed, and my vehicle was parked at my residence . There was absolutely no reason for them to touch my car, let alone tow it away. This blatant disregard for the law and the rights of vehicle owners is a clear indication of their unethical practices.To make matters worse, when I finally located my car at ABC Towing's impound lot, I was horrified to discover the extensive damage inflicted upon it. The back bumper was severely scratched, the side doors dented and scratched, and there were dents and scrapes all over the body. It was evident that their employees had handled my vehicle carelessly and without any regard for its condition.Upon contacting ABC Towing to address the situation, I was met with nothing but indifference and a complete lack of accountability. Sam, the owner, showed no remorse for the illegal towing or the damage caused to my car. Instead, he attempted to shift the blame onto me, claiming that I must have parked incorrectly or violated some obscure rule. This response only further exemplifies the unprofessionalism and lack of integrity within this company.Considering the distressing experience I endured, I firmly believe that legal action should be taken against ABC Towing. Their illegal activities and negligent behavior have caused me significant financial and emotional distress. I urge anyone who has experienced similar mistreatment at the hands of ABC Towing to join me in seeking justice and holding them accountable for their actions.In conclusion, my encounter with ABC Towing on 9/13/2023 was nothing short of a nightmare. Their illegal towing from my parking garage and the subsequent damage inflicted on my car are inexcusable. The owner, Sam, should be ashamed of the way his company operates, and I strongly believe that legal action should be pursued to ensure that others are not subjected to such mistreatment. ABC Towing is a very shady operation located in DC. They towed my brand new Tesla because of a police crime scene and when I went to pick it up the entire passenger side of the vehicle was destroyed. They acted as if they had no idea how it happened. The Tesla has video that shows them hitting my car against other vehciles on their lot.When I asked for it to be fixed they said the manager is not there and gave me a number to call. The owner/manager is a guy named Sam. He was in fact there hiding in his office. After doing some research the staff has instructions to say he's not there so he can't be served with the various lawsuits against them. He peeked out of the window when I left and when I saw him he quickly closed the shades.This place is run out of a trailer that is falling apart. The city needs to shut them down immediately

This towing company is rude, unprofessional, unorganized, and will scam you. They dented the door to my car, messed up the bumper, and broke a window. I called them ahead of time to pick up my car, the lady on the phone said they'll deal with us when we arrive. I gave them ample amount of time, when I get there... the guy who moves all the cars is NOT THERE. My family and I were told to leave for at least an hour, and come back later. We were also told that we should've called ahead!!! We literally did that lol. Everyone was smoking blunts and cigars in the office, so unprofessional. They charged us almost $600 for 3 days!!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

Worst Of All Time!Mickey Mouse Operation!Beware! Expect the worst when you go to pickup your towed vehicle.They damaged my vehicle door by trying to pry open to open and when they couldn't they broke the back passenger small window. No responsibility...only wanted their money for the storage which over charged by 1 day. Intimidating tactics just a sad and lame shit hole!

This dude just came on private property to tow my car at my job. I'm sure that's illegal. Then he was rude about it. The property manager for the building called the company to ask why he was on private property and the lady that answered the phone was rude and clearly uneducated. I'm not sure who owns this tow company but if they aren't littered in lawsuits they will be with employees like them.
