DC Gov should be ashamed of themselves. People have such low expectations of DMVs around the country, so it takes especially terrible service to shock anyone… and yet DC takes the cake.

This is one of the worst Dmv in Dc i went 5 times to get an ID and every time their is something new you need and some people in here are really mean. They always angry like we are not people sometimes. I star to think if they are racist or they don’t like Spanish people

area outside of DMV is crowded. But inside workers R helpful, kind and very professional, security very helpful too.
