Ms. Lewis was just as sweet as she can be. Exceptional customer service! I honestly prefer this service center versus the Rhode Island Ave location. Not only is the service center much bigger but also the service is quick and fast as well. I was only there for less than 30 minutes to maybe an hour at the most.

Update: I've had a very bad experience at this DMV before, but today Lili gave me back hope that there are good people out there with excellent service. Lili was the best thing that happened to me today—great service and top-notch attention. Thank you, Lili!
