A DC gem! Knowledgeable and friendly staff who are so helpful at helping you grab a single bottle or helping curate wine for a dinner party. The wine club is incredible, and I just can't say enough good things about the selection and the staff.

We have been members of their wine club for years and it never ever gets old, there is always something delicious and exciting to try! By being in the club, and ritually reading aloud the newsletter description of each wine as we take our first sips, we have learned an innumerable amount of things about wine. we are forever grateful to domestique for introducing us to the world of natural wine!!

I was visiting DC and decided to visit Domestique to check out their selection of natural wines. It was one of the best selections of natural wines I’ve even seen seen. Chris, the manager, was awesome taking the time to educate me on natural wines that I’ve never heard of and I can’t wait to try some of these wines. I look forward to visiting Domestique on my future visits to DC.

We have been big fans of Domestique for a while and are part of their wine club, so when we were planning our wedding we reached out to them to ask if they would curate table wine for us that coordinated with the tarot cards we were using for each of the tables. They did an amazing job - writing thoughtful descriptions of all of the wines and curating an excellent selection. The wines were a huge hit at the wedding! People were raving about them - they paired excellently with the pizza and looked so cool on the tables. They also gave us some wine keys for the tables and it made the vibe felt like a giant dinner party with people opening bottles and pouring them around to their friends. It was so special and cozy-feeling and was nice to share a business we really care about with our loved ones on such an important day. (Photos by Heather McBride Photography)
