Unfortunately I cannot recommend this location. Ultimately delivery was almost 2 hours after placing the order despite being a 4 minute drive away. I called 10 minutes after the delivery estimate and was told the food was ready but the driver would not leave for 5 more minutes. 20 minutes later I called again only to be told the driver had left but had many deliveries and they couldn’t even give me an estimate for when my food would come. It was cold once it arrived.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. My friend and I ordered 2 medium pizzas from here the other night, and what should’ve been an 8 minute drive, ended up being a 1.5 hour delivery. As other people have described, the driver name changed, the ETA changed, and we waited far too long for delivery. We ended up receiving our pizzas still relatively warm, however, my friend suffered SEVERE FOOD POISONING. We had eaten the same things all day, except he had meat on his pizza and mine did not, so we are positive this is the culprit. I’ve never had issues with chain restaurants like this before. It’s really unfortunate.

This location has really fallen off. I have never had issues over the last few years, but unfortunately since January 2024 delivery times have been longer and the quality has sharply declined. Which like—It’s Dominos. I can live with those things when it continues to be an affordable and reliable option overall. Unfortunately, “reliable” is no longer a valid descriptor for this location.I ordered 2 pizzas on a Friday, and after 2.5 hours, I checked the delivery tracker on the corporate website and it showed my order status as delivered (it was not delivered). I called and spoke to someone at the location who did apologize and said they would check with the delivery driver, then call me right back. “No big; things happen,” I said. But they never called me back. I tired to call the location a few times after an hour had passed to get an update, and no one answered the phone. The next day, I physically went in to the location and spoke to an employee, explained what happened, and asked for a refund. They apologized (which is appreciated, but not their fault whatsoever—they weren’t on shift, and they can’t process a refund without a manager…I get it.). They texted their manager, and told me to expect a call back later that day regarding the refund. Easy enough! I left feeling cautiously optimistic. It’s been 72 hours, and I have not received a call from the manager. During that period, I tried to call the location twice—On Monday and Tuesday at 2 different times—to see what was up and nobody is answering the phone. Can’t help but feel dodged at this point.Side-Note: Calling corporate to get a refund was fruitless—I waited on hold with customer service for roughly 15 minutes, then was told that the location itself would have to help me. They did offer me extra rewards points as an apology, both via email and over the phone, but I declined. “What is the incentive for me to spend money with this company again?” I asked the customer service agent. They responded with the verbal equivalent of the shrug emoji.Look, I understand that running a business these days is far from easy, but zero communication from management whatsoever over a 3-day period is totally unacceptable. It’s the manager’s responsibility to deal with these situations and, if they’re having an emergency or personal issue, it’s their job to delegate that responsibility to someone. If neither is done, it creates distrust in the business on the part of the customer and puts the employees in the extremely unfair and uncomfortable position of handling customer complaints with little to no resources to resolve them. They don’t deserve that. Managing a business like that is irresponsible at best; cowardly at worst. To the manager: Even if you don’t feel like talking to me on the phone for whatever reason, you had my cell number, my name, and the transaction number. You could’ve processed the refund and kept it pushing. You could’ve shot me a text and said “can’t talk for (insert whatever reason), but will handle this.”Hopefully my credit card company can get me a refund, and hopefully someone else is put in charge of this location before the wheels fully come off of the bus.

Wish I would’ve read the reviews first. This is the worst pizza I ever had. It took over an hour and a half to be delivered. The pizza was overcooked, cold, dried up, and not appealing at all.

I will never order from here again! I placed a order 7:30 it wasn’t until 9:58 when it said the driver was on her way it’s going on 12 am and I still haven’t got my food.. I called and called and haven’t an answer. When I finally did to get someone on the phone the First person rushed me off the phone before I got a chance to speak . The second time they “transfer” to the manage but no one answer.

We have waited for three hours and still no pizza. Tried to call the store, no answer. The delivery icon has not moved in a half hour. Astonishing incompetence and callousness.

Terrible food and service. Currently waiting on my refund from corporate. The pizza I ordered (for students) was cold and burnt, the cheese pizza was basically a cracker and they forgot my 2L Sprite, so my students had overcooked pizza and not even a drink to wash it down. I called the location 10 times! (No exaggeration) and no one answered once. Yes, their deals are decent but if this is your local Domino’s I definitely suggest finding a different spot(Sorry I don’t have the pictures of the burnt pizza they delivered , I took the pics via the dominos complaint and never actually on my phone)

I had an issue with delivery and the management team was more than considerate and compensation was not an issue. This is the only Dominoes I eat from. They are clean an very respectful. I love them ?

No Stars!!! This domino's gives all other locations a bad name! No wonder the new pop up pizza places are doing so well! My go to spot has no been changed for good! The manager is RUDE!! The DRIVERS take their sweet time getting you cold pizza and on top of that they leave the pizzas on the porch with no notification that it's there! Yes there is a doorbell that works but the driver decided not to push the button! Now that's beyond CRAZY! Headquarters needs to reach out to this store!

I wish I could give this location -5!!!!!This location must have new ownership because they are thee WORST in DC. The manager hangs up on you & the drivers deliver your food 3 hours after ordering and the home is right around the corner from this location. The food is not even being prepared with care just thrown together just because! I will save my time and spend my money else where!
