So I’m shopping at this location I returned a pair of shorts today and the manger who rung me out charged me 12 dollars to exchange the shorts bc they were buy one get on free. He didn’t understand he take off the difference this is bad business how are you going to steal 12 dollars for just exchanging an item and he was very rude about it.

Good job today on opening the store I really needed those shoes for this sneaker ball out Tyson corner! You have the best customer with it only being two of you working today and I truly appreciate you service and dedication despite the door been broken and having wood on it and I thought it was closed at first .. but I will return and continue to shop at this location ( 902 H st NE ) Thanks

This is the worst place ever. I wanted to asked the employees a question and no one wanted to answer. I dont know why work at a place, if you dont want to work at. They need better people with better training.

In DMV owl City one hand wash the other I support them they support my business usually have a lot of storefront business call in for a lot of roadside towing and accounting service because they don't know anybody that can trust it's like I can walk into go pay a Rockport or New balance or some good pumas

Walked in the store looked around for 10 mins no one asked if I needed assistance, nor did anyone acknowledged that I was in the store, just continued to ignore and talked to one another, second I’ve been in this store and the second time I wasn’t acknowledged as a customer, do better with customer greeting

I won a raffle through your DTLR app for Yeezy slides with a pickup date of 8/22/22. I received a text message saying I was a winner (please see pic attached). I arrived at 11:30am on 8/22/22 at your location at 902 H Street Washington DC and spoke with the manager William Stewart. He proceeded to inform me that he was “sold out” on Yeezy slides. I informed him that I won a raffle. He replied what raffle and then proceeded to let me know that he was unaware of a raffle for the Yeezy slides. He apologized for any inconvenience and stated that he email his manager and was awaiting a response. I drove 1 hr to get to this location to find out that my raffle win was sold.
I need to speak with a District Manager or someone to get this issue resolved. This is not how you should treat customers who have shopped with your locations for years.

I hate dtlr villa shoe store and shoe city footwear just based off the fact that if a jordan shoe comes out and specifically says it will be sold in store with out a raffle then you get in the store and the dame store team member tells you that they not selling them or they sold out???? like hiw you sold out and I been waiting here before hand... but after you have been waiting in line since before the was supposed to open and then on top of that they where not open on time with the dame man pulling up to the dame store 20 minutes late....I swear this is why black people don't support black inner city businesses....I will no longer spend money with these companies....I would never recommend going to these store just pay more online at a majoring shoe company just to make sure I can receive great service and quality.....
