The worst customer service ever smh. They all smell like marijuana !!! Nobody greet you, nobody helps you. Now I went to the H street location and honestly it was a better experience. Almost night and day. I still had to get help but they actually acted like they wanted to do their job versus the Minnesota Ave location just looking at you and not trying to do anything

Never had a bad experience purchasing here. There’s always deals here, reasonable prices. Needs more variety but all in all, I don’t have any complaints. Was in and out in under 20 minutes.

THIS STORE DOES NOT HONOR RAFFLE TICKETS!! Don’t waste your time. My son won a raffle on Thursday for the DMV Foams, for pickup today at this store before 3pm. Drove all the way from Columbia and got there at 10:45am right after they opened…Associate went to the back to “pretend” to retrieve his shoe (Size 9) , only to come back to say they didn’t have his size. Meanwhile a female associate is at the front arguing with another dissatisfied customer who was told the same thing. So my husband called the store a couple hours later, and was told they had plenty of size 9’s. If this ratchet location is going to lie and keep people’s shoes, they need to stop doing raffles. It is not everybody’s job to make sure the employees friends and family get shoes that were won fair and square via raffle.

Typical customer service for a neighborhood store. Was getting my grandbaby some shoes on sale, associate stated the floor model was the last one. After being in the back for 3 min, he came back yelled our way I can’t find the other shoe and walked back behind the register and sat down. I stood there appalled, my grandbaby was dissatisfied. Normally the store will try to accommodate you somehow being that’s their fault. I just went and gave my $$ to another store!
