A difficult to find business in the area of Dupont Cire with terrible signage. They were unable to remove the stain I requested. They ti.e to repair was "I'll call you when I'm done" which never happened. I wasn't impressed with their service this particular time.

I dropped off a leather purse to repair the strap with Paul. It had a couple rain drop stains which I didn’t ask him to fix. He tried to buff them out and ended up ruining the bag. Would not recommend.
