I recently bought a bed and a pillow from Duxiana at their Washington DC location. Both are ridiculously expensive but I had slept on a Dux for the last 20 years and had, miraculously according to my doctors after reviewing x-rays of my spine, avoided back surgery. So, when my old Dux started showing its age, I was willing to invest in a new one - but with hesitation since the price had risen to an even higher stratosphere. While visiting my daughter in DC, I stepped into the Dux store and was lucky enough to have Tracey Deavers assist me. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient (she listens to customers explain their sleep issues all day - you'd have to shoot me first). After spending 2 hours with her, I bit the bullet and bought a bed and a pillow. Tracey kept in touch with me throughout the delivery process and then FaceTimed with the men setting it up to make sure it was done properly. But the most impressive thing that Tracey did was with the pillow purchase after I tried it and didn't like it. With the kind of grace that you rarely find in retail these days, she made sure that I was ultimately happy with my purchase by suggesting that it might serve my husband's sleep issues. I love, love, love my new bed and my husband is very happy with "my" new pillow!. So three cheers for Tracey!
