You book an appointment on their website. You can pay online in advance or pay in-person with credit card or Venmo. The team instructed me where to park. They were timely in texting me when my vehicle was ready. I think they did a great job cleaning the vehicle! They validate parking, so keep your parking ticket!

It was fantastic. Sure, it's a little more than the drive through spots, but more detailed, and as you make an appointment--way more convenient. Will be back.

There aren't many options in the area, and I hate where this car wash is located, but the lovely ladies there do a really great job so I keep coming back. Remember to always to tip!
