My gift was delicious, giant, chocolate covered strawberries. They were delivered by a pleasant young man who greeted me with a smile. I engaged him in conversation and it was a pleasant exchange.

Placed a same day order on 8/20/2024 at about 12:30 and young lady was very very helpful and patient and guided me to what I was asking for. Delivered by Mr Dan, he sent message with ETA, he was dressed presentable and clean, arrived at at requested time before 4pm came at 3pm Fresh and Intact. Ps Thank you for clean air smell.

I ordered same day and the arrangement was delivered within a few hours. The driver , Mr. Daniel was the highlight of my experience. The recipient was not at the intended location and the driver Mr. Daniel took the arrangement to her where she was. He went above and beyond. He was pleasant and communicated the entire time. The recipient and her family were so pleased. This was 5 star customer service.

Think twice before placing an order here online. This place is the worst. It is literally a fraud. I placed an order online and they never showed up at my house. I have security cameras in my house and they never delivered anything plus I was there all day. However, they had the nerve to post a red photo saying they had complied. I am currently claiming it as fraud through my bank. Don't ask for anything if you want your money to be stolen. I also have proof of my camera during that day and proof of placing the order.

Didn't receive all of my items for my mother-in-law's Mother's Day delivery. Was disappointed with the fact that my items were missing, but also the customer service for how this was handled.

My experience with this store was horrible, I placed an order on February 6 for the Blooming Hearts with mug bundle, roses as well, on Valentines Day. However, NO ROSES were received, and I have been trying to call the store back and received no answer at all. I am very disgusted with this quality of service, I am still WAITING on a callback so I can get my refund. Never order from here! You're better off ordering from Safeway on DoorDash!! Messed up my entire valentines day gift!

Received a surprise order for the holidays and although the driver goofed up and gave me the wrong order we were able to get it fixed.Overall we were really impressed with the presentation, freshness, taste and overall fun. Would recommend ordering one for someone else or for ourselves although the platter was pretty large.

I placed an order for Edible Arrangements in celebration for my boss’ birthday on behalf of my work team. When we received the delivery today, I was very disappointed in the presentation of the fruit. We spent $69 for this particular arrangement and it DID NOT look like or even similar to what was displayed on the website. The quality of the product should match the price that you paid. I will never order from Edible Arrangements again I was very embarrassed by what my boss received as a birthday gift ?
