The website information as well as the sign outside their door states this location is open until 6:30pm. Apparently that is not true as I was there at 6:20pm and they were already CLOSED for the day. UPS was also there trying to gain entrance to deliver some packages and could not because they CLOSED EARLY! UNPROFESSIONAL.

This is a sub-par establishment that deals in low end cell phones. You know this kind of place. The only reason I set foot in here is because UPS decided to leave my package there when I wasn't home. I called earlier this week to find out how long they would be keeping the package before returning it. They said Saturday. I said OK, I'll be there Friday night, is that OK? Sure, they responded. You can probably imagine where this is going. I got there on Friday evening and told them I had a package waiting for me. They went in the back and said there is no package for me. I recounted my earlier conversation. They said, well, we probably returned it today. I asked them to check again. They refused to look again, just reiterated that there is No package. I asked to speak to the manager. No manager was there. I asked for the manager's contact information. The clerk refused to give it to me. I asked when the manager would be there next. The clerk said Monday. I asked what the manager's name was. Julio, the clerk responded. What's his last name? I asked. The clerk refused to give me that information. OK, what's your name? The clerk paused. Sauntee, he said. And what's your last name? I asked. The clerk refused to tell me. So if your package is rerouted here, my only advice to you is go get it immediately because they will Lie to you about how long they will keep it, and then send it back. Also, by the way, while I was there I heard the clerk giving extremely bad information to another customer - the clerk said that the customer's modern Samsung phone did not have working Bluetooth. The customer was incredulous, rightfully so. As I was leaving I told the customer that the clerk doesn't know what he's talking about, that all modern phones have Bluetooth, and that the clerk is trying to make you think that this function just isn't supposed to work even though it should.
