After working for Avis Budget car rental for over 10 years I was very impressed with Enterprise. The rental agent was very helpful and caring. The vehicle was extremely clean and in great condition. Enterprise has definitely won my loyalty and I will definitely forward this to my friends and family. Thank you Enterprise and I will be back soon.

Booked a car for rental over a week ago. Car type or choice was not available for pick up despite making a reservation. Needed space and timeliness. Staff on site helped find a replacement but it had to be delivered to the site from a different location and ended up taking even more time. Would look elsewhere (probably the airport location) if you want to make sure your car is available.

I was forced to miss a work trip due to lack of available cars despite reserving several days in advance. Attendant stated they attempted to contact me, but I received no emails or calls.

Made reservation months ago for 6pm... Went to pick up, not only is there absolutely no signage showing where to pick the car up they promptly closed at 6pm (our reservation time). There was no call or attempt from them

For the second time in a month this place has always let me down. I make my reservations months in advance only to show up and be told they have no cars in their lot. Isn’t the point of the reservation to make sure you get your vehicle at the time you reserved it? Not only that, but I’m told they have no idea when there will be cars in at all, nor the make of the car!!!! Lack of planning on their part should not be an emergency on mine. Way to be helpful during the holidays and causing me to be stranded on the holidays. Please do better.

I made my reservation for an SUV a month ago so I can easily drive around four elderly family members who were coming for Thanksgiving, including one who is handicapped and uses a wheelchair and portable oxygen. ONE HOUR before my 8 am pick-up time, they called to say that Enterprise over-sold cars and there were none available. They told me they would try to get more cars from the airport locations but they could not give me a time for pick-up. At 11 am, they called and simply said they were cancelling the entire reservation because there were no cars.
No apologies, no empathy, no alternative solutions. No complimentary voucher for the inconvenience or a discount code to use in the future. Absolutely nothing. They clarified later on the phone to me that this was a problem caused by Enterprise, yet they still offered no help. Clearly, they would have know prior to ONE HOUR before my reservation that they were overbooked and could have given me more time to come up with a solution. But now, it is the busiest travel day in the year and every single rental car company for miles is completely booked. Now, my handicapped elderly family members who flew all the way to be here for Thanksgiving are being shuffled in and out of various sized Ubers with their expensive medical equipment at my own great personal expense. Shame on you, Enterprise.

Horrible service and continued lack of cars. I had a reservation for a car for to be picked up at 8:30 am on Friday, October 25, 2024, returning by 8:30 am on Monday, October 28, 2024. I was informed by the clerk that there were no cars available at that location. She informed me that cars would be arriving within the hour. Although the lack of cars was inconvenient, I decided to wait.
Around 9:20 am, another person showed up to the counter who appeared to be a manager. When I asked her for the status of the cars, she told me they needed another 25 minutes to get the car and then it would be 20 minutes to drive the car to the location. That would put the car arriving around 10 am (a full 1 hour 30 minutes after my reservation).
At 10:05 am, the person on duty came out and told me that my car “was on the way.” And it would take about 20 minutes for the car to arrive. Boy, I’ve heard that story before! It felt like they were just fabricating the time lines. At that point, there was no way we could make my weekend plans West Virginia.
Due to the lack of car availability, I not only had to cancel my weekend plans, but I also lost $500 from cancelled train tickets and one hotel night.
Enterprise should have advised me prior to me even showing up for my reservation that they did not have any cars available. That way, I could have made alternative arrangements without cancelling my plans. The employees at the location should have been more truthful and forthcoming with the actual situation once I arrived because I still had time to make alternative arrangements.
Customer service and car availability is the worst. I am moving my business to a new rental agency.
