Worst service ever. They don’t give you all the details before pick up, don’t pick you up, it’s in a shady area hard to find and then they tell me that they don’t accept official government digital ID.

Good rate, quick pick up. Just pre-register and you pick your car and your off. Even the return was less than 5 minutes

I've almost exclusively rented from Enterprise for the past three year; averaging three rentals a month. I will continue to utilize Enterprise, but I refuse to every use this location again.Many reviews discuss the location being hard to find, and I will say I did not have an issue with this. The location sent an email a few days before pick with lots of information, including how to find the garage.Now for the issues I encountered:1. Lack of options. I use to having lots of cars to pick from. There was only one car for me to use, which is okay. However, the car had ripped carpet and was not clean. Due to lack of options, I couldn't point this out and ask to have another car.2. No Return Key Box. I came at 6am to return the car the day of my return. I had to wait until 7:30am when an employee showed up to return the car. I asked about the return key box, and the employee stated they do not have one as they like to do a walk around with the customer. I have returned several cars after hours to many locations, so I found this an odd practice. However, I know all locations are different. So I handed back the keys, thinking we would do a walk around (as the employee just stated) but instead he said 'Thanks, I'll send your receipt shortly.' and turned to the next client in line.3. I left my wallet in the car. When I realized this, I called the location to ask if a wallet was found in the car. The employee told me 'no', and then went into an extensive description of their cleaning practice. Knowing how dirty my rental car had been, I found this speech comical. I also found it odd it was part of the answer when I never asked. I simply asked if a wallet had been found.4. A week later, another Enterprise location contacted me to state the rental car I had used previously was just turned in and my wallet had been found. Very odd that this location did not find a wallet during their extensive cleaning protocols, but the next location the car was dropped off found it.Overall, lack of amenities I've grown use to and lack of cleaning is why I will not be returning to this location for my rental car needs.

They rent cars they don't have and they don't notify you ahead of time. They take your card and info and then tell you it will be 30-60 minutes before they have a car which really means 2-3 hours. Extremely unprofessional and terribly run business.

Why is it that I’ve called in 4 different instances during their work hours, wait beyond 20 mins each wait, only to get my phone call cancelled each time? Extremely irritating

I rented a car for a week when I was in Spain, and returned it the at the stipulated date and time. The company claimed that I had returned the car a week later, four days later after I had left Spain. When I opened a dispute with my credit card, a representative of the company reached out me to inquire about the reasons behinds the dispute. I told them that they had incorrectly charged me for an extra week and provided evidence supporting my claims, including pictures of the time I returned the keys and plane tickets showing that I was not physically present in Spain at the time the company claims I was renting the car.

Told me they had a car for me so I walked 30 minutes to get here and by the time I got here they had given it to someone else. Horrible experience go anywhere else but here.

Excellent service from the staff especially, Diallo. He was very courteous, friendly & helpful. I will use this location the next time that I’m in Washington.

We rented a car here a few days ago. The staff was great. Check-in and out were easy. The location was a little hard to find, but we called, and they told us to just walk across the street.

Diallo, Michaela and Dave here have taken such great care of me! I am so grateful for their kindness and flexibility throughout the entire process. The staff here truly cares about their customers!The only downside is that they never really get small cars in.

The worst experience renting from this facility. We had a reservation for 2 cars which was made a month in advance. The car was scheduled to be picked up at 8 AM. It took an HOUR AND FORTY-FIVE MINUTES OF WAITING to get everything squared away. One of the cars reeked of cigarette and marijuanna, there was no way we can drive this around. In my opinion, this should've been checked when the previous customers returned it so it can be cleaned and aired or SOMETHING. They had no other cars so we just had to wait. This is not an isolated incident as the other car had to be vacuumed and tires needed to be pumped. Computer glitches slow down the checkout process as well. Extremely inefficient. Traveling with 5 children is already hectic enough. We couldn't make it to our scheduled tour on time and had to forfeit our much awaited tour. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. The employees don't care, non-apologetic, and they're just collecting their hourly paycheck. This shows lack of leadership from top-down as their employees just throw their hands up and say "it's not my problem "
