Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Desk clerks were extremely rude with a power complex due having a little authority. I was told that I didn't have a reservation for me although I was sent an email confirmation (that I showed her!) as well as the corporate office also seeing the reservation booked in their system. When I contacted corporate to ask them to CC the local company with my email confirmation, the desk clerk made an egregious claim that I was rude and therefore canceled my reservation..... the one that she claimed was never made. This rental car was booked in preparation of an upcoming surgical procedure I was due to have. The clerk herself was rude and unprofessional as she told she could "do what she wanted. And?!" I will NEVER use Enterprise again.

This review is a long time coming. I have been so busy and have also had a few health issues. I rented a car from your 10th St. NE location in DC. There was a second attempt on the theft of my car within 3 months. The customer service that I received was on point. The date I needed for my car pickup was appreciated and the level of professionalism at this location was beyond great!!!! I was so excited to see Lauryn Hillard at this location. She was so helpful to me the last time I went through this ordeal. At that time, she was located at your Takoma Park location. Lauryn is amazing. She is customer service oriented, very professional, kind, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to be helpful. All of the employees I interacted with, from the young lady who handled my reimbursement that I received almost immediately, she's super awesome. The young man who escorted me to my car -- everyone was amazing. I am a senior and walk with a cane. They were so kind and compassionate and helpful to this senior lady. You should be proud as a company to have such great and professional employees at this location. Again, I was super excited to see Lauryn. Kind regards, Sheila Westerfield

Had the most horrible experience from this location and my nightmare isn't over yet. Geico set me up with this location due to my car being in the shop because of an accident. Not only am a dealing with an accident but also the horrendous service of this location. I've rented with enterprise many times and this location was just the worst experience ever. I parked the rental car on the street in DC where overnight parking is allowed. I told the person who gave me the car I would be parking on the street as well. The next morning I have a $100 ticket on the windshield. I call this location and tell them the ticket is for not having DC license plates since the car has multiple warnings. The person I spoke to (supposed manager) said that I only had to print out a parking permit online. This was not told to me when I picked up the vehicle so I was feeling really frustrated. But I tried to get a permit for the car. 3 hours later I'm on the phone with DMV because apparently the car has 3 previous unpaid parking tickets and can be towed at any time if it is parked on the street. I try to get geico involved at this point because the "manager" was not trying to resolve this issue with me. So much of my time was wasted trying to deal with this location. I ended up cutting my trip short and leaving DC just so I wouldn't have to deal with the nonsense. Please save yourself the trouble and rent your car somewhere else.

The economy car was excellent. Unlimited miles, excellent. I have 2 issues with my rental. 1. They must advertise their mandatory $300 security deposit on all related sites where you can reserve a car. 2. I purchased the additional insurance for my trip. But when I went to pick up the car, I was told that the insurance I purchased from AIG wasn't excepted by enterprise. That's an issue your organization must correct. I'm a very good driver so there was no need to file a claim. Otherwise, a great experience

Every single time that I have attempted to utilize Enterprise which has only been three times. I have found myself thoroughly disappointed with the service , with the cleanliness of the vehicle , and even the quality of the vehicle. The only reason I am using them this time is because of an insurance claim had I known they would have been using Enterprise I would have declined . This is the second time I've gotten a vehicle from them with spit splattered across the windshield as if the driver had been sneezing . The outside is covered in yellow bird crap spots dirty as heck with lots of scratches . They weren't prepared for my arrival and had to go and get some last-minute cars and didn't even have the decency to clean it then I'm told because of the vehicle complications that I'm having on the road that they will change the vehicle out at 4:00 p.m. even though they close at 5:00 p.m. so you have a 1 hour window at the end of the day which hopefully you're not working like I am and don't return back to my side of town until 7:30 p.m. at the earliest. It's terribly inconvenient, terribly unprofessional, and terribly disorganized . Let me also add there's always the air of not wanting to take responsibility when issues are brought before them. Overall this is not an experience I would wish on anyone. They need to be some accountability and they'll never have to worry about me coming back not even on accident

I have usually had great experiences with enterprise compared to other rental companies. But this time was bad ??. I reserved a pick-up truck 1/2 ton. First, the vehicle was not cleaned. I don't mean "missed a few spots" no I mean actually not cleaned at all. And what made it worst was that the rep. asked if he can touch it up for me before I take it, but I was on a strict schedule(reason why I asked for that reservation time). Very bad taste. And secondly, the 1/2 truck I reserved look like it came from U haul. It was literally a work truck.What a disgusting way to go on vacation. Yuck?

The Enterprise location on 10th Street NE is my favorite go to. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Kudos to Bailey Smith who got me on the road with a minimum of fuss and to Kiree J. Moore checked the car back in when I returned from my trip.

My car was stolen in January and my insurance set me up with a rental at this location. My car was eventually recovered but spent more weeks in the shop which meant I needed to extend my rental and my insurance would not be covering it beyond that point either. Kiree and Bailey were extremely helpful, accommodating and attentive to my needs through the whole ordeal and really made me feel taken care of through a very difficult situation and I'll be forever grateful for their dedication to good customer service.
