First, it was very easy for the auto body shop to get a shuttle to take me to Enterprise; then process of renting was as efficient as possible at a busy time, quite smooth in fact. When my body repair was done, I just left the rental car at the body shop and someone turned it in or Enterprise picked it up. In other words I had very little to do, the businesses clearly have a good relationship, and I was very happy with the Enterprise service and the vehicle. I will definitely use them again without hesitation.

Absolutely terrible- our reservation was canceled and no one contacted us, so we showed up to try and pick up our minivan and they had no record of our reservation and nothing available for us. After speaking to enterprise corporate office, they attempted to make two more reservations, both of which couldn’t be honored by different enterprise locations, no one was apologetic. Our Christmas plans were completely derailed. Don’t waste your time and rent from a more reliable rental agency.

I booked my reservation well in advance, and did not receive a call that inventory was low. So you'd think I'd get a car, right? Wrong
I called them to confirm that a car was available at 11:25am since I was running late for my 11:30 reservation. Employee tells me that they have one car left and can hold my reservation for a half hour. I tell him great, it'll take me 20-25 minutes to get there, so I'll be there before noon
He then asks if I can check with the airport since I had just flown in. I tell him again that I can make it within 30 minutes, so if they can hold my reservation, that'd be great. He then tells me that it would be easier for the airport to give me a car because they have "an abundance" of cars, that I'd have "priority" since I just flew in, and that they're getting all of their cars from the airport when they run out. Fine, I relented and agreed to check with the airport location
Turns out, that was complete bs. The airport enterprise had no cars available unless a person had a pre-existing reservation at the airport location. I explained what the Georgia Avenue employee told me, and the airport employee apologized for the "misinformation"
At this point, I could not get to the Georgia Avenue location within the 30 minute holding period, and, quite frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if he also made that up. I had to get a rental from another company with no reservation on Black Friday, and it cost three times as much
If you knew that you'd be low on cars, why not call people? Why tell people this airport nonsense when that is not remotely true? An absolutely horrendous experience. Shame that Google makes you leave at least one star

Just want to be clear: don't rely on this locations to actually get a car, even if you reserve it. Got a call at 3p today telling us they had to cancel our reservation for noon tomorrow because they ran out of cars. It was the first and will apparently be the last time reserving from Enterprise.

One star is a lot! A disaster EVERYTHING! Whoever reads this don't even think about going to enterprise! It's a trap! I recommend SIXT, this is a serious company.
I made a reservation for a sport vehicle a week in advance, I contacted to see if I could reserve a particular model, and I couldn't, they only assured me that a sport vehicle would be available for me, and if it was available the What I wanted, they delivered it to me without problem.
When the day arrived to pick it up, I went at the pre-assigned time and, not only did they assist me later, but my vehicle was not there and none similar, they wanted to give me a much inferior one and the staff (Kevin G) did not want to give me their opinion. last name, very unwilling to solve the company's problem, and very bad treatment. I went very disappointed to the airport where there were several car rental companies, luckily, I found SIXT, who really treated me excellently and gave me a very good quality vehicle.

Enterprise came through for me and my family after a recent car accident. Enterprise handled everything quickly and professionally. I’ve chosen them for non-insurance rentals and would choose them again. They are awesome!👏
