Burgan was a great help in designing and fitting my new coat. I’ve used suit supply MTM, brooks brothers, and OTR options from Nordstrom and canali for years. The Enzo experience and quality of garment is impressive, especially for the price point. Highly recommend.

Fantastic suit and great experience! Burgan at Enzo was super knowledgeable and helpful. Wide range of premium fabrics and genuine customization options. That said, the staff help coordinate the options to make a cohesive package and don’t just dump an overwhelming number of choices on you. Everything you want in commissioning a suit!

Some context for any customer that needs it. I'm getting married in June 2024. I figured my groomsmen and I get our suits from Enzo in DC. I started to work with Sebastian and Megan in October 2023. If you're interested in coming here, I highly recommend either of them as they are amazing at what they do and have always been great to me and my groomsmen.Anyways, I had placed an order on all of the pieces of my suit (jacket, shirt, buttons, and pants). A few of my groomsman also placed their orders, while some did not since there was still a good amount of time until my wedding.Fast-forward to January 2024, I received all of my pieces except my pants. I figured I'll set up an appointment to inquire about my pants and get a chance to try on the jacket and shirt as my shirt still needed a bit more tailoring. A 2 birds 1 stone scenario. I made an appointment for February 3, 2024 with Burgan Hobbs. He was the only one available at the time. I did not see any issues with this since my measurements/order details would all be in their system.This 1 star review goes to Burgan Hobbs for his rude behavior and godawful customer service. I wish I could put a negative star, but cannot.I was running late to my appointment (DC traffic) so I called ahead to give a heads up and I was able to get it pushed back 15 minutes later, so that was settled. I walk in and I see Burgan sitting at a table. As soon as I see him, I immediately apologize for my tardiness. He's quiet for a few seconds then proceeds to deflect by just saying "How can I help you?" He definitely had an attitude but then again I knew I was late, so I understood me being late could've been a nuisance. Then I noticed his responses back to me going forward were short and had all sorts of attitude. He also stayed sitting down and didn't bother getting up from his chair to greet me and shake my hand. Very disrespectful for someone who just bought their wedding day suit and wanted to try it on. Next I ask him about my pants as I could've been mistaken about buying them. He tells me "If you've worked with Megan, you should speak with her." I ask him another question, regarding my groomsmen's outfits, asking if he can help me track what has been ordered/what has not been ordered yet. I was willing to provide all the names he needed. He responds, "You talked with Megan, it's probably best you speak to her instead of me." His tone was as if I was bothering him for doing his job.At this point I'm at my boiling point. I ask him a final question regarding me trying on my suit and asking advice on having it dry cleaned and what not. He tells me, "There's no need for you to really come back at all and try it on here since it's measured to your body and should be perfect as is. As for cleaning, as long as you don't get it dirty, you don't ever have to clean it." Believe me, I was just as surprised as anyone would reading this.My shirt still needs a little more tailoring and he didn't even answer my question on cleaning. He then kept telling me he's not sure why he's here with me today and that I should have made an appointment with Megan.I was done talking to him at this point and told him thanks for the help. He doesn't even respond (he remained sitting and looking at his computer).I didn't even get to try on my suit and wasted my time there.This suit is super important to me as I stated, it's for my wedding day.Also, one of my groomsmen picked up his order from Enzo and had a not so pleasant interaction with Burgan. Burgan was questioning why he was there, treating him poorly. As soon as Burgan found out he was a customer and he had an order to pick up for himself, he completely changed his demeanor. I'm sure my groomsman will leave a review regarding his experience with him but wanted to include that here as well.Again, anyone looking to get a suit from here, pick anyone else other than Burgan Hobbs. He is a rude and disrespectful employee

I bought three, three piece suits. Burgan helped me pick out the material and style them and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Meagan was there when I tried them on and she was lovely.

I’m a short guy and have never been able to feel comfortable in nice clothes off the rack, but Burgan took such care and attention to help me feel confident and comfortable in what a pick. He was respectful of my budget and very insightful when I had something I wanted in my suit but didn’t know how to voice it. He genuinely cares about the process and made sure I felt good about all of my decisions. The suit was well made and super comfortable. I will 100% be back soon!

I had two suits and five shirts made. Felt rushed at every appointment. During the fitting, the pants were too high for the hem and had to be removed an inch. When I picked it up, I didn't have time to retry the suits, and I left. One suit was great, and the other had the tailor's chalk marks on the pants and jacket. I was assured all suits were cleaned and pressed before picking up, but this wasn't the case. When I returned to drop off the suit for correction, it was apparent she was upset at me and called it a "little thing." The little things matter when I pay that kind of money for a bespoke suit. Other people were very prompt at returning messages and very friendly. I don't know if I ended up with someone with a consistently lousy day. If I go back, it will be with a different stylist. A final detail that would have been fine if she had been upfront... All garments are made in China. The fabrics are from Italy. I was led to believe they were made somewhere in either the US or Italy, but no mention of China was made. This was discovered by the "Made in China" tag on the label. The pictures are prior to their corrections. Again, the details matter when paying this kind of money for a suit. I have paid far less at Men's Warehouse with better results.

I had a great experience making a custom suit for my wedding. Burgan was helpful with advising on the design. It was ready on schedule and only required a small adjustment to the leg width. I looked super fly at my wedding and it’s definitely the nicest suit I own. Prices very reasonable given the quality.

I found Enzo online after a detailed search of options in my area. I selected to work with Burgan as he had time available that suited me and I loved working with him to get a tuxedo for my upcoming wedding. The whole process started with a consultation, then a measurement about 2 months out, and then it took about 4 weeks for the suit to be ready. The tux fit perfectly on arrival and I did not need any alterations. The quality is outstanding and I’m recommending Enzo and Burgan to my friends.

Fantastic experience through and through! Megan was patient and knowledgeable, expertly guiding me through a fairly unfamiliar process. The suit was done quickly and looked even better than expected! On the big day I got too many compliments to count. Definitely would go back for any big occasion.

My experience in store was pretty rushed, admittedly that was partly my fault because I arrived about ten minutes late. That said, there were a lot of options I just wasn’t presented with (for instance, I gladly would have paid extra for fully canvassed rather than half canvassed).When I tried on the sample pants at my appointment, they were skin tight in the thighs. I was assured that would be adjusted and the try-on was just to get the waist. But, when my pants arrived, they were skin tight in the thighs and had to be altered twice. Even then, they still feel very tight, but I just gave up on Enzo. That was especially disappointing because the one thing I told the sales associate during my appointment was that I really, really didn’t want a suit that was too tight.The suit jacket, too, has fit issues, including bunching up around my neck and sleeves that are slightly too long. But my fittings were very perfunctory, so I’m only noticing the issues much later.Overall, I thought some aspects of the construction were pretty nice, though there are clearly some places where they cut corners a bit.Bottom line: Ihate the suit and barely wear it. It really wasn’t worth the price though I may take it to a real tailor one day to see if anything can be done.

Sebastian did a phenomenal job helping me with my tuxedo for my wedding. The tuxedo was a perfect fit, looked amazing, and I received so many compliments. Will definitely be a returning customer and will recommend to all my friends/family. 5/5!!

My experience with Enzo so far:9/2/23 - made a consult appointment and was helped by Meagan. I never had to wear a suit for work before and she was really helpful in explaining what they offered and asked me if I had any questions. I was looking for a simple, standard suit and the way she explained the process, it seemed pretty simple and straight forward so I went ahead and booked a fitting appointment.9/12/23 - had my fitting appointment with Meagan and again she was really helpful. She went step by step and explained the process and made thoughtful suggestions based off of what I was looking for (a standard but well made suit for work) and what would fit in my budget. She didn’t push me into getting any fancy upgrades or extra things that would’ve cost me more — which I really appreciated. She got what I wanted in terms of fabric and style and then proceeded to measurements before we tried on a few standard jackets, pants and shirts so she could narrow down my fit. This process took about 1 hour.Now I am just waiting for my suit to arrive so I can finalize the fit. Overall, my experience so far with Enzo has been superb. I can’t wait to see / try on the final product and will update my review once that’s done.
