I recently visited the Everlane store, and my experience was unfortunately very disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I felt overwhelmed by the aggressive sales tactics from the employees. Instead of a welcoming atmosphere, I was constantly approached and solicited to buy new items, which made me feel pressured and uncomfortable.
I understand that staff want to help customers, but there’s a fine line between offering assistance and harassing someone. I couldn’t browse in peace without being interrupted multiple times. It really detracted from my shopping experience, and I left feeling frustrated.
I love the brand’s products, but I hope they can improve their customer service approach. A little more respect for personal space would go a long way.

I am always disappointed by the lack of size larges in this store. Whether I am interested in a tshirt, shorts, tank top, jeans there is RARELY a size large. It makes it difficult to shop in store because there is normally nothing for me to try on. I’ve really never had this issue at other stores which I why I wanted to write this review.

Really enjoyed my shopping experience here. It was so refreshing to finally find a place where I felt like the workers were happy and helpful, while respecting my space. Cornell and Alex were so helpful while we were there. They’re the best! They helped my wife find a cute dress, and Cornell even gave our puppy a treat while we browsed. I would love to come back here very soon!

The sales associates have always been so helpful at this location, but beware of placing an online order at the store. When a pair of jeans that I wanted wasn't available in my size, an associate ordered a pair online for me at the register, but then the order just...never was shipped and never arrived to my house (even though my card was charged). It was a shame because I never do that, but felt supported by the in-store team so decided to trust their process. Everlane online customer service was helpful and initiated a return and replacement; in the future if I can't find my size in person, I'll just order on their website on my own.

Everlane has some of the best quality clothing I’ve ever come across. I routinely order from them along with my entire family. The customer service is top notch and as an example, I had an issue with online ordering where the top levels of the organization spoke with me and worked to resolve an online ordering issue I had to make sure not only I was compensated for the mistake but the order made it to the recipient in a timely manner for their birthday. Fantastic company and would recommend for anyone.

Was big buyer. It has not evolved. Fabrics remain too stiff, shapes too voluminous, colors too drab. I’m still watching, but nothing grabs me.
