I had a wonderful experience securing my storage unit thanks to Keenan, the manager. It was my first day getting a unit and his first day at this location, and he made the process seamless. Keenan was extremely communicative, professional, and patient in answering all of my questions. He explained everything clearly and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the process. His professionalism and customer service really stood out, and I left feeling confident that I made the right choice in choosing this storage facility.

Be prepared for bait and switch after a few months. They will get you in at a reasonable rate and then surprise you with an exorbitant rate increase that they will say is “market driven”. Our rate went from $112 to $191… a 70% increase. Ridiculous… when we called best they could do was adjust to 42% increase. We have been with them for a few years and it’s just absolutely ridiculous that they can’t provide reasonably stable pricing or reasonable increases, which I can understand and are fine.
