Renae (store manager) always provides outstanding, informative, and kind customer service. I've been renting storage units at this location for a few years and they always have one of the lowest prices in DC. While some customers can make a mess of the place, they do their best to keep it clean everyday and they make sure carts are easily available at any time. I also love their new roll-up door for the loading dock.

I had Renee! She was so so helpful and very sweet + patient! Had the answers to all of my questions and was kind enough to literally walk me through each step. Incredibly sweet hardworking people. Also storage unit is perfect size for dorm stuff - rate experience 10/10

I had an excellent experience with Extra Soace Storage! From the moment I arrived, the staff in particular Mr. Jelani was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. The gates, lighting and security features made me feel confident that my items were safe at all times. My unit was spotless. Extra Space Storage exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend---five stars all the way!

Renae was an amazing help. She was patient and showed me multiple units and even presented options she thought would beat accommodate my needs. She went as far as calling the sister locations to inquire about the size and layout that was needed to best fit my needs. The facility was clean and had no weird smell. I wish the sizes I needed were available, I would have w/o a doubt rented here.
