I stored items at this space for over half a year; my overall experience was good. The facilities are clean, well ventilated, don't smell, and are easy to access.
The downside is that I was told different things by different employees about moving out. I didn't know my exact move out date and now I'm out over $200 because they automatically closed my account after I did move items out last minute and they didn't give me the opportunity to give them proper notice (I still could have recouped at least a little bit.)
It's on me for not reading my lease to the T but when I talked to an employee on the phone about it, they were entirely unforgiving and didn't care that I'd been told conflicting information. Don't make the same mistake as me! Make sure to refer to your lease and don't go off of what the employees tell you.

The facility has always been clean and easy to access. The staff have been helpful as well, especially Asia, who helped me with a billing issue recently. She was friendly and helpful and quick with fixing my concern.

The customer service is what makes this location excellent! I was helped by Asia, who was patient, helpful, friendly, and informative. She genuinely wanted to help with an issue and did everything in her power to solve it, as well as provide tips for dealing with future potential issues.

Kevin did a tremendous job helping me today, I went in to store a few chairs and a dining table and he helped me step by step explaining different storage options as well as being transparent about coverages. Definitely recommend him and this location.

Update: I moved it in March with the rate of $44. It’s November and I just cleared out my storage unit because they raised the fee for the same unit to $90 a month. They even had the audacity to request that I review on Google my experience which I fully detailed.
Haven’t been in the unit even six months and the rate has gone up $30 for the smallest unit available. Definitely a bait and switch move was done on all customers who signed up to utilize storage space with this company. The notification was given, and even if a notification was, what warrants such a wealthy increase on a relatively new customer? This business is a cash cow. I had a family emergency and paid one day late and the fee that I incurred was double the bill amount. Will be moving my things out and finding an honest company, who respects their customers. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I hope anyone else who had the bait and switch move pulled on them, files a complaint with the BBB as well..
