Called to set appointment the following day, she asks that I call if I need to cancel. Okay. Arrive for appointment. No one there. I call and she tells me, 'oh something came up, I can't do it today.' Thanks for letting me know. Extremely unprofessional. Plenty of other options, don't bother with this one.
