Rude and unhelpful employees. I have sent several things to this location to be printed and there are always mistakes, either something isn't printed properly, items are missing, or they can't find the items after I received notification the order was printed. Once I requested a printed receipt to give to my employer, who wanted it for the sign we had printed, and they refused.

Employee was incredibly rude not only to me but to another customer before me. She snapped at every question I asked (including with a "do I have to repeat myself?") and sighed repeatedly as I asked basic details about my package and it's delivery. Go anywhere else.

Generally have had terrible, poor, awkward experiences here. There's one employee in particular and I don't think he is aware he works? I literally hate coming to this FedEx location. Only when forced--step it up, guys!

Some employee at this store purchased a very expensive item from my corporation on ebay using a false name. I started doing research on this buyer and reached out to prior sellers that this guy bought from and they were all scammed out of big bucks. He's having items shipped to this location and stealing the packages. Which means ebay makes you automatically refund the buyer. Thank god I caught it.

The 3 star rating is an average of the awful 1 star service I received and the 5 star help the manager gave me.An inept and rude employee tried to charge me over $800 for regular black and white copying. She did not tell me she would charge a $150 rush fee and typed in the wrong code. She would not check the bill and threw out what she had printed (all 500 sheets) and make me print them again for 36 cents a sheet rather than the $1.55 she was trying to charge me.I took the business card and emailed the manager with the details and he got back to me immediately. He said that DC makes it hard to discipline, much less fire, people regardless of how rude or incompetent they are. He appreciated the email because now he had documentation he could use.My suggestion is that you go there, and if you have problems take the card and email the manager with the names of the employees and what they did. That way they can warn employees and take appropriate action if they do not improve.

I went here as a recommendation by the lady at Fedex at Adam Mills on 10/17/2022 which I visited earlier on, but do not happen to have the stocks I need. This office has basically everything I needed for an event! The staff took the time to go thru the stocks to ensure I have the right tripod/canvas holder for my item. I really appreciate the help! Fedex customer service is the best and the people who work here- the courtesy, service centered mindedness, are what keeps me coming back. Thank you!

Horrible customer service. Staff is not knowledgeable about how to use their own system. Many (not all) of the staff display poor attitudes, they seem annoyed when customers ask for assistance.

They could have done better with customer service skill, respect clients time and do not argue in front of clients even they walked to back office but we still hear it and keep waiting until they ready to help us. I was in rush hour and Smiley(Mr.) was so slow it took 15mins wait(no line, so empty but I have to wait) just for droping off and label. There're 3 officers in FedEx office and just me, my friend and my box. Precious was argue with another man about cleaning the office, well we don't need to hear that, you may serve clients in line first and keep that problem behind and fix it later just be professional and mind service.

On Februrary 24th, they PACKED and SHIPPED my computer across the country. It arrived broken. My elderly mother cut herself on the monitor glass when it was delivered. Do not trust your valuables with the employees at this location. They do not know how to pack things. It's been two months of back and forth with Fedex to get my claim money - still haven't received it even though it was approved.

I am used to my local FedEx shops being difficult. Like if you are missing a tiny thing or their machine isn't working, it takes a lot of work on my end to ask questions and come up with the solution with the staff. So today, I walked to this store to ship two returns. The codes wouldn't scan. I wasn't in the mood to ask a million questions to come to a solution and almost picked up my items to walk back to my apartment. Not out of anger, just out of the 'I'll deal with this later' attitude I had after a long day. Erick (employee of the day, week, month, and year) asked to see my phone and went to work. I could see my screen the whole time, and he just worked away. A few minutes later, he came with printed returns and repackaged my items since I hadn't packed specific paperwork in the boxes. He did this while smiling and being helpful, as I just wanted to give up on the day. Erick, you are the most excellent FedEx employee I've ever met, and I wish great abundance to you and your family. Seriously! You turned a challenging day into an enjoyable one, and your problem-solving skills are stellar.

I had a good experience here. Staff actually answered the phone and answered my questions. I was able to print out my documents fast. I'm happy with their service and will return if I need to print anything

Incompetent to the max - my passport application was rejected because of the picture FedEx was bad - now I'm delayed months. If you can't take a picture why offer this service!

I was trying to print something time sensitive for work. The workers had no urgency and were utilizing 2/3 printers for a large order. When the one printer available didn't work. The women rolled her eyes and was not helpful.

Only giving 5 stars due to their employee named Danny! He is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for customer service and I always hope he's in when I need to visit the store. I've had multiple questionable experiences with other employees and have even had to call the manager to complain in the past but as long as Danny is working there, this store has hope. He truly seems dedicated to doing a great job, and treats customers with respect.
