one of the staff members here was awful. if you can't handle being just professional/kind to customers why do you even work at service industries! seriously. the world is already full of BS and no one needs more than what's already existing at places like FedEx where staff are literally paid to provide services.

I've been there a couple of times - once to get the price and second time to ship the parcel. People are very nice there. They even work on Sundays afternoon.

This FedEx center is just a few minutes away from where I live and I've always found the staff friendly and helpful. It does what it does well and is very convenient.

Pretty good experience overall with a simple printing services job. Just needed to get something bound with a clear cover/black backing, and this store was able to help me out pretty easily. Easily would have given 5 stars for the evening shift when I dropped off near closing time - full of energy and so pleasant. Assured me it would be ready for pick up first thing in the AM. Returned mid morning and my order was indeed ready (nicely packaged) but the staff had trouble finding it even thought it was sitting right on back counter. So the pick up could have been smoother but nonetheless happy with my experience here and would return for service in the future
