Currently sitting in the fed ex and I asked for help with the electronic system. The associate came and heard my issue then walked off annoyed. Extremely rude. Not the type of service I normally get. Made me very uncomfortable. Will not return.

Called 5 times to ask if they had markers. The machine wouldn't let me talk to a person at the front desk. It would only give me automated options. If there are no real people I can talk to, then I don't need FedEx. It's the people that make FedEx valuable, not the answering machine phone tree.

They give false information on when your package will be picked up and shipped out. Really non chalant with almost ruining business owner’s credibility because they didn’t give clear answers on how their shipping works. I even tipped them when originally dropping off my already pre labeled packages. Ridiculous. Ship with usps right across the street instead

I emailed them the job and when it was done I picked it up.I changed elements of the job on pick up and they were great about it.They did the changes on the spot so I could leave with the finished product. Virtually no waiting. Very helpful.

I couldn't find an condolence card anywhere for someone in my office. I stopped at a book store with cards the we're only two strange tiny art cards, then a CVS no condolence cards at all by my office then found out this FedEx Sold cards and I had a few choices.

I ALWAYS have problems printing emails and shipping labels at FedEx. Just about every location...It's 2023. How long do you think it would take to send them an email to print? Well its 45min later and nothing. I have been told to be patient, try Printandgo, disconnect your wifi, connect to our wifi, etc.... and still nothing! I probably sent them 8 emails in over 35 minutes of straight waiting. I had other emails come in but nothing to/ from FedEx. I ended up using their computer, I logged on and printed my shipment manifest/ packing slip, and label. It took 3 minutes and they didn't charge for that, when typically it's like 45cents/min plus a charge for printing. Emailing them documents is useless and a waste of time. I'm going to invest in a printer. You just lost another customer. I gave them 2 stars because although I wasted Soo much time...the store manager kept his cool when I lost mine.

Do not get your passport photo taken at this location. I have gone in twice and both times FedEx’s own expediting service has rejected my photos for being too blurry and the background color not being correct. I may miss my vacation because of it.

10/18/2023 around 10:30am. I needed to get a cover letter and color resumes printed for a job interview. I originally had them printed at the self-service area, but there was a size issue with my file, therefore, there were cut-offs for some of the lettering. Thankfully, the young lady behind the counter was able to assist me by printing my document under the "fit-to-page" option to avoid any more cutoffs. This location was a life-saver.

This fed ex is my preferred store, especially since fed ex has not decided to put any pack and print centers in southern pg county near District heights where I stay. The staff at this store are very friendly and helpful, unfortunately parking is a bit difficult if you are not able to walk very far distances. I will continue to use them, especially over other locations, but hopefully they can fix that by investing in southern pg county soon

Tried to come to this location to ship a bicycle. Online they recommend going to the store and even show the box and dimensions packed in.I go to the store and at the counter the employees tells me that they actually don’t have any boxes that big, because they just don’t order them, because they take up to much space? Also recommended me to go to Home Depot and create a label online lol…So literally I come to the store to get the box bicycle shipped from a actual large FedEx location… and instead of maybe ordering a box? They tell me to create my own box? The literal job of FedEx… Honestly it felt more like the person at the desk didn’t want to do a job. Lastly I even tried to ask what it would cost to ship it and it was another excuse why they couldn’t even look it up…. Please don’t come here.

FEDEX OFFICE @ EASTERN MARKETODD TRANSACTION FEES: I walked into the store, going to the counter and say "I would like to take a digital photo for a visa application?" The 1st gentleman behind the counter said "Let me get the one who can help you. The 2nd gentleman took my picture and said it would take up to 5 minutes to finish everything. I thanked him and looked among the books and other merchandise until the 1st gentleman gestured me to return to the counter. He placed on the counter some passport photos and stated the price of $18. I paid the money and as he gave me the receipt I asked "Where do I retrieve the digital copy? Will someone email it to me, or do I download it from your website? The 1st gentleman said "Well, do you have a drive?" I chuckled "No, who carries flash drives anymore. It is 2023, everything is in the cloud. May I speak to the manager please?" He arrived and repeated twice what was said previously but said it in an uncourteous, cantankerous way. I was distracted by his tone as he was communicating why I needed to pay an additional $5 to get what I asked for. He said the type of machine used in the back to transfer photos will do so only to an USB. I paid the money- not really understanding what the extra 5 bucks was for. But I did know I really needed the picture! I felt stuck between a rock & a hard place because I needed a picture of myself to complete the visa application. BOTTOM LINE: Hindsight is 20/20! I did not quite understand all the moving pieces which I can easily express now (it's been a couple of days, but I still remember the low-vibe engagement). I ended up leaving the venue without a photo because I did not understand what the manager was saying AND after paying 2 fees.CONCLUSION: The stank manager should have given me a refund and never charged the second fee because I may not have understood at the time, but he did!!IMPACT: Since I was participating in graduate courses until 10 pm that evening, my partner had to commute to this location with a flash drive to get my electronic photos before the store closed that day. Otherwise, the photo would have been automatically deleted at midnight. RATING: I give 2 stars... for the first 2 persons I engaged with; however, the store manager can kick rocks because he is a BUSTER & busters don't get nada (SMH)!

My fiance and I came in here yesterday to print out some signage for our upcoming wedding. First, I want to give the biggest shout out to the GM Maxwell! As soon as we walked in he immeditately took care of us and went so far above and beyond to make this an easy experience for us. He told us he and his wife had recently got married too and wanted to take as much stress off of us as he could - and he definitely did. I don't write reviews very often, but my fiance and I both felt like it was necessary to provide feedback about how great Maxwell was to work with. Second, I did a ton of price shopping for our printing needs (menus, welcome cards, welcome sign, etc) and FedEx was about $200 cheaper overall than everywhere I looked at online. Overall, super happy with this experience and would recommend this location in particular. Huge thank you again to Maxwell!!
