Fed Ex online is bad enough, but this location has the rudest, most incompetent help ever. The girl behind the counter couldn't get the info on my package right to save her life, and gave me attitude about it. I needed to print a doc and she tried to charge an extra rush fee I did not request. I tried to ask questions and correct info, and she started helping people behind me while I was still standing there.

Absolutely horrible service. Just one small part of my experience: they sell small electronic eight dollars I can’t afford to do that. It’s on you if you are here, but when I ask you say yes, I don’t tell you that you can just take the box and put your stuff inside and give it back to them. Instead, they spend 45 seconds putting your stuff inside and charging extra five dollars. absolutely trash. This is the first negative review I have written. Not for me is that predatory pricing, but you should be getting customers all the information before you act on their behalf

This site is in Georgetown, a well-known section of Washington, DC. The stupid FED EX site does not recognize this "STATE" so I cannot input a credit card payment.

I took off work both Thursday to receive a package from FedEx that never came AND Friday to wait AGAIN for the package(that never came). I also rebooked my flight intended for Friday,so I could pick up the package before I left town.I then proceeded to follow(FedEx) instructions to have the parceI deliverd and picked up at the nearest location (3329 M St. NW Washington DC)and was told by an employee wearing a FedEx shirt and the name tag with the name "BARBARA" on it that customer service gave me misinformation!?So now I'm on a plane out of town WITHOUT my package!I have done business at this location concerning printing needs and usually receive great service. However this type of behavior is not only unprofessional and childish, but simply unacceptable.

Ayesha wasn’t helpful at all. She was very dismissive. I came into print out a birthday invitation and she had a dismissive attitude from the beginning. She first told me that it wouldn’t be done anytime soon. Maybe 12pm for a very small print job. I came in first thing in the morning. She gave me an email to send the document but didn’t really care to tell me that I needed to also send her my phone number and how many copies I wanted. Moral of story is don’t come here. Very slow and dismissive attitude. If you like being treated as a paying customer go somewhere else. They treat you as if they are working for free or doing you a favor. Brighten up Ayesha you’re working customer service. Or go work somewhere where you don’t have a forward facing role. I ended up leaving because she had me waiting for something so small. Wont come back here ever. She didn’t even care to quote me for my job.

I've been trying to get my car registration transferred from NY to DC since around 9:30am today. It's is now almost 3:00pm. I made several trips to this fed ex to print insurance documents (which were dismissed by DMV every time). Around the 3rd time the staff at this location checked on me to see if I needed help. They explained to me that - in the event I needed to come back - come to them for help. I was spending money to go online and then money to print the documents and they said there was another option. So when I inevitably came back they saw me walk in, remembered me, and showed me how to do the print-and-go. They helped me get the documents printed and then encouraged me - even offered me water. They laughed with me and wished me well. As I left I heard them encouraging another young man who was lamenting his struggle with DMV as well. I'm sure they get a lot of business from folks frustrated folks with DMV, so I think it is important to shout them out for creating a space with exceptional customer service and joy. Thank you!!

Bunch of incompetent & confrontational people working here. Especially the women. Go to a different location at least you’d be treated like a human .

I came in to drop off a package about a week or two ago and a man followed me in the store. The employees were super helpful and told him to get out and stop following me, told me I can wait in the store and watched him leave and pointed which direction he went. Thank you guys!! Really appreciated as a young woman

Don't know how this place stays in business. I've been trying for an hour to get through to them by phone (press 9 to talk to a real person) for the past hour. Called at least 10 times. Phone rings 20+ times, no answer, no re-direct, no outgoing voicemail message, NOTHING. I'll take my business to UPS. Shame on FedEx.

I handed a clerk a copy of an email that specified an address to send a letter to, and then noticed afterwards that they completely messed up the street number and the receiver’s company.I had to call FedEx’s main number later and pay extra to have the address changed.Guy just did not care. Checked out. I paid more than 40 bucks to send one piece of paper.
